I ordered the 10 x 6 Forest For Life Overlap Shed. As a base wasn’t down at the time , I didn’t pay for it to be put up but thought I could do this later. No - it has to be paid for at the same time even though it could be a while til you’re ready to have the shed put up. Not clear on the info. Shed arrived - disappointingly thin. Needed reinforcing particularly around the door and roof. Finish very poor. I sent in my comments - have yet to receive a reply.

Great products with the ease of shopping from your home. Everything is way as 123 as long as you know what your looking for.

It was smooth, the options were compelling. I wish the helpline had responded before I made the decision. I called them, was on hold for 5 minutes but no response.

Delivered to the garden, on time, no hassle , part of instructions missing, free lock not supplied, took a bit longer to erect than planned but pleased with the final product

I was pleased with how easy it was to actually purchase my shed but I’m a bit concerned that I haven’t yet been contacted about my delivery date

As a retailer of Forest sheds, very reasonable price with NHS Blue light card discount. Bought a Forest Beckwood 8x6 pent and very good quality, delivered direct from Forest. I did have a problem with the shed with missing panels on delivery but no fault of the Shed store, review left on Forest trust pilot.

Ruben was very helpful.prior to me ordering log shed. Sadly website would not let me order or pay via PAYPAL. Had to phone back. Ruben was on a call so ended up talking to lady Assistant. Not sure if was a bad line at her end but had to repeat everything twice which was frustrating so hope I get on Friday 15th Nov what I have paid for. Anne Wells St Leonards DORSET

Instruction book soaked with water,the wall bending from them own weight,instruction labels on a metal parts soaked with water so half of numbers not possible to recognise,wall thickness like 1mm probably can burn hole with cigarette,was expecting a bit better quality,the next day I start to build the shed and I find out that from 48 different parts I'm missing 10 different parts... All together missing 17 parts...

I rang and spoke to a young lady called Abi who was really helpful and answered all my questions

Customer Service has been excellent. I wanted a copy of a receipt for a shed I bought over a year ago and there was no hesitation - they did it on the same day and sent it over by email. The shed was great too. Easy to assemble - I did all of it bar the roof myself (63 year old woman). They do a range of different sizes that other companies don't do, which is why I chose my shed. Its stood up well, has been water tight and solid.

Not happy with delivery shed was delivered with parts missing had the missing parts sent out to me now I’m haveing to wait 3 days to receive the missing parts a lot of money and haveing to wait around not good
