Well, you took my money and I got the shed on the due date. Forest Garden, the actual suppliers, were very helpful on the 2 occasions I contacted them

ordering fine, livechat very useful but kept waiting for 10 minutes in the middle of it

Ordered this shed based on how well it was advertised! Arrived with the panels heavily dented and damaged whilst inside the packaging. Base frame and instruction manual missing AND a number of panels but unable to identify how many because there is NO MANUAL provided! Customer service rep was quick to respond but of 0 help, claiming that it is outside of return date and the 15 year guarantee is only for rust! not for the falsely asvertised 'quality and durability' they brag about on their site! Stuck with a 10x10 flimsy incomplete and damaged mess in the garden as it will cost me to arrange a collection for their errors and unprofessionalism.

Excellent choice of affordable sheds, smooth ordering process. The delivery date I selected was changed after my order, but unfortunately SMS messages relating to delivery arrived in the wrong order, causing some confusion. Suki from Shedstore online chat was helpful and the delivery itself was smooth. Everything was complete and undamaged and straightforward to assemble, with very clear and comprehensive step-by-step instructions. The modular design of the shed complicates assembly, but makes each component easy to handle. I am very pleased with the assembled shed, which is I am sure as sturdy and weather resistant as any in this price range. The pressure treated timber should keep it in good shape for a long while, though I'll be sure to keep an eye on the roofing felt which is a bit on the thin side so may need replacing after a few years in the sun.

Shed arrived as delivery detailed. Arranged for handyman to assemble. Regrettably 2 items missing! Unable to get through to report as this was a Saturday morning. Let’s hope I get someone to respond Monday.

Highly recommended..lovely little solid shed for my needs! Delivered quickly and well within the time slot allocated.. delivery driver was lovely and friendly, luckily my son is a carpenter/joiner so he came and assembled it for me in a couple of hours! Love it!

The website of Shedstore is clear and helpful. As yet I have to take delivery so I cannot comment on the actual shed yet but from the details I’m sure it will be perfect for my gardening needs . Sam on the telephone when ordering was very helpful and clear .
