Excellent service
The bike shed arrived on time, is fairly solid, very well marked on each section the part number, essential to watch the u-tube video for assembly, far easier than the paperwork.

Ordering, communication and delivery were all excellent. Delivered on the date we wanted and at the time we were notified of. The driver/delivery man was helpful and friendly. Overall the shed was good. Some of the window frames needed trimming and the window material seems flimsy. On the whole a good service.
Very pleased with my new shed and excellent customer service from Shedstore. It was easy to put together following the enclosed instructions step by step.
The shed is great! Pretty easy to assemble, although a few of the diagrams took a bit of working out. They didn't leave the shed where requested though, which meant a bit of extra work, but that's about all the negatives.

The shed as advertised isn’t the one I got The floor panels are out of square they don’t go together the panels are of poor quality and very weak I wish I had read all the bad reviews as this workshop isn’t secure as all the timber is very soft n the nails are pathetic what ever happened to quality control it’s only good for firewood

Roof sheets are smaller then the roof itself so the roof sheets don’t fit on the roof The roof’s size is exactly 7ft but the roof sheets turn out to be 6’11 inches it’s a whole inch smaller then the actual roof

Excellent experience last year (2023). Excellent quality 10x6 shed delivered. Panels perfect so fitted together dead easy. Couple of minor issues slightly spoilt initial experience but customer service resolution was outstanding. The test of a business is how it deals with you when problems arise. Shedstore were excellent. So obviously I spent another £900 with them for another shed this year.
