I ordered from Shedstore due to the delivery date and 25 year guarantee.I needed a shed as I needed to store some important items, following the death of my Dad, and didn’t have space in my home. There was an issue with delivery due to driver hours but I didn’t have any flexibility with rescheduling due to timescales and van hire. I spoke with customer services and I was very upset. The call handler was more concerned about me being so upset as I was driving and promised to get back to me quickly. She did exactly as promised and they arranged to get the shed to me within the hour, which they did. I’m not sure how they did it as I was in no fit state to ask but I was so grateful that they realised how important and urgent this was. I am truly grateful for the help I received. The shed is up and I felt like a bit of a weight was lifted.
Delivered on time
Delivered on time, for a class leading price for this quality. Driver moved the sections quite a way to the garden. Looks like good instructions and a complete set of fixings. Two areas they could improve on in the quality control 1.) The chat assistant said that end panels came 2.4m x2.4m ( incorrect.) 2.) The automatic nailing machine, was set up to nail one in two boards (but stamped the board it missed) So over 1/3 of the boards slid out on offloading. A shame, other wise perfect

The Web site was clear and precise the details of the summer house I've purchase was well described and detailed with the purchase procedure straight forward and concise looking forward to its delivery in 7 days time
Everything went as advertised except that we did not get a time update on the morning of the delivery. Delivery went well and driver was very helpful. We have yet to erect the shed so can't comment on quality or whether we have all the bits!
