The planters I ordered are great quality and arrived on the date specified.
The shed was delivered as promised by Phil L and John M. They were excellent. The shed was then erected by local tradesmen who found the quality somewhat lacking - I guess you get what you pay for. Now that the shed is up, it does seem sturdy. However, the hinges are very flimsy and buckled when screwed in place. We will need to buy new ones. Also, the free padlock was missing.
We were helped to order this shed by Darrell. Darrell was knowledgable, patient, polite and informative. Just wish more companies employed more people like Darrell.

Delivery date was changed by the company from what I had selected when ordering. Shed wasn't delivered in the timeframe given on the new date. Both frustrating when i had taken the day off work for the delivery. Shed itself poor quality with split wood and misaligned framing (and out of square) meaning assembly was difficult. Had to plane and cut sections. Parts that had already been nailed together were separating so had to be knocked back together. The wood was all damp and the doors warped (presumably from it being stored outside) and wouldn't close properly.

CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE further to my previous negative review I gave shed store regarding the damaged summer house base I purchased back in September. After about 2 weeks (after I had the base repaired by a carpenter at a cost to myself) I received a call from shed stores customer service to state they are sorry that I experienced this poor service & would I like a new floor base or a partial refund? As the summer house had been repaired & erected for 2 weeks i chose a 10% refund as it went a small way towards the carpenters cost. As I purchased the summer house on my credit card I had to wait till I got my monthly statement to see if shed store had refunded some £, they have & thus this new review

Delivery driver was brilliant, he placed the fence panels exactly where I wanted them and was very friendly. The panels were in great condition and would recommend Shedstore to anyone who needs fence panels.

Goods arrived this morning as advised. Helpful and cheerful delivery driver ( Phil ). Reasonable assembly instructions but managed to confuse the floor and the roof. A quick call and I was politely informed of my mistake but was not made to feel as stupid as I felt. Assembly is now complete but it did take 3 hours. Satisfied with product. Good value and may purchase another.

The pedestrian gate was delivered a day after notification. It was delivered on time, and the delivery man was kind enough to deliver to the back alley for installation. It was put up today with ease. It looks great and is made of good quality material which will complement my composite fencing once it arrives.
