Order the shed in Feb and assembled it a few weeks later. Shed is very flimsy and of very poor quality with Gaps in the side and absolutely does not have “unbeatable weatherproof performance”. Now that’s e are coming into the winter I have noticed the inside of the shed is completely damp with mould growing. The description states the shed has a “strong, durable, watertight construction” what they fail to tell you is that this is completely dependent on the ‘tips’ they provide being implemented. If the care booklet or description stated that this was a necessity we absolutely would have applied a waterproofing solution to the shed when constructing it. We are now left with a damp, mouldy shed that is less than a year old and unfit for purpose. Contacted customer service and was pretty much told it was my fault as I didn’t waterproof it. Absolutely no accountability taken or solution offered ( apart from reimbursement of filler I need to buy to fill in the gaps in the shed)

On the initial enquiry i was told delivery was free to my area. Once we placed the order for the garden bicycle shed this changed to be chargeable. The delivery (Not Shedstore issue i agree) was damaged, on the roof section, but Shedstore replaced quickly. However they sent a floor section not roof. Then once my Flat Pack company i used for the assembly of it found that the doors did not fit as the batten was made too proud for it to sit correctly. Again Shedstore replaced quickly and the final product was complete. My Flat Pack guy actually added a roof batten around the roof to help protect the felt. He also commented that the Tacks were too short once the felt corners were folded. I appreciate the compensation amount given back for the inconvenience of the delays and general hassle caused but the actual quality of wood, build, and final quality check before an item is sent out could be improved dramatically. Overall it is a handy storage unit for mower,spades,brushes, paint pots etc, but you wont get a high quality finish from this supplier.

Didn’t get delivery notification, only found out the day before as I called when I got a notice for the installation date. Was assured the delivery driver would split shed down off the pallet so it could go through my back gate. This was news to the driver when he arrived as he does kerbside. After we I explained I’d been assured and asked for him to wait while I called shedstore he offered to do it. My next issue was the fitters. One was pleasant, the other rather abrupt. I told them where the shed was to go and left them to it. I happened to look out when they had put 2 walls up and realised the shed wasn’t facing the way I wanted and wasn’t put together the same way as the one in the picture I’d ordered. When I went out to tell them, the not so pleasant chap told me they can be put together lots of ways and he isn’t told what way it’s meant to go. I didn’t realise I needed to tell them how to put it together. He repositioned and constructed according to the picture I’d ordered from. I went back out a little later and realised they had left a 2’space all the way round which meant the shed was right to the edge of my raised patio. At this point they had 4 walls on - no roof, doors or windows. I asked if they’d be able to move it in a little and it was no because they needed that space . I asked if they would be able to move it in when they had finished and he told me I’d just need to get a couple of lads to do it. The reason I had paid to have it built was because I didn’t have anyone close that I could get help from. The guy was obviously in a bad mood because the other chap was quite apologetic. Really unhelpful and borderline rude.

Poor quality windows and hinges and hasp and stapple free padlock inadequate and when you email don't reply and after three day still no reply update when finally replied wouldn't offer any money back said nothing wrong with product be warned this is a substanded and weak product

I chose the day for delivery and told the time of delivery.It arrived on time and it was easy to check the contents were complete.Assembly instructions were easy to follow and I finished assembly without any problems.It looks good for the cost.

Very friendly, polite and thoughtful Penko and ED. J delivered my shed. 5 stars to the delivery men. Can't praise them enough. The downside is the felt was damaged, 1 out of 4 hinges for the door was missing. Thanks to the builder (I arranged) he bought a new felt and hinge to fix things for me in days. And the shed has holes in it. Not the best choice. 3 stars because when I contacted the team, Sam offered a refund of £30 thanks for that. But would not recommend buying the shed from shedstore unless you're in desperate need and low budget.

Ordered shed 21-06-24 very good easy process of ordering with customer services being very helpful throughout,from ordering to completion. Shed delivered on 09-07-24 by Krasimir a very helpful & polite man. Also had installation (Expensive) but done on the 15th August to a high spec with Darren,Alex & Paul working non stop. The whole process from ordering to completion was excellent the only downside is that the shed is a a complete waste of money as the shed panels for the walls are very thin and have holes in where the knots in the wood are,also these could be kicked in without a lot of effort also the shed doors are assembled with very weak brackets and could be pulled open by a 5yr old child. I do not recommend this shed to anyone who want their expensive gardening & diy tools to be kept safe without worrying about them being nicked. Also the free padlock you get is pathetic. It is now costing me more money to secure the shed with thicker panels. I am completely disappointed with this shed and should have gone to a shed company that make secure sheds that and are fit for purpose.

Very pleased with how easy and quick the purchase took.

I was told that I would receive 7 days notice of delivery. Instead I received a telephone call this morning at 8.33 this morning, whilst I was still in bed, the call informed me that the delivery was outside ready to be unloaded. I am not currently in a position to review the product as the preparation of the new shed base has not yet commenced and the shed components will remain unconstructed for several days.
