Had issues, Mandy took care of them straight away when I called, very happy

The issue is with the 3rd party delivery company. I was unable to take delivery on the day suggested, I gave 4 days notice to Shedstore. I was told by shedstore the 3rd party delivery company will get in contact with me to rearrange the delivery, 6 days on not a word, text or email from them.

Professional, efficient service

Very hard to read they instructions. The roof was approximately 1ft too long, the whole experience was stressful and I still don't have my shed up properly.

Excellent quality fence panels. Delivered at the time stated and left in the place I asked for. This is the second time that I have used Forest and I will use them again.

Excellent choice of products. Struggled a bit with selecting items into the basket had to remove and re add. Not sure if web being bit slow or it was the site. But got there. Easy to select choice of delivery dates and communication pre oredering was good. Overall very pleased.

Easy transaction

The shed arrived , minus several parts. which we had to wait an over a week for, even tho they were ordered the same day . The shed is extremely difficult to build, with poor instructions , and at one point requiring 3 people to hold the shed whilst the frame was made solid. Put together by experienced people, not novices . Would certainly not recommend .

Shed arrived as expected. It took a little longer to erect as the sides were made in 2 parts.

Unintuitive payment interface

4 panels for the rear of the log storage had been glued together due to defective wood panels. Delivery was timely however and the store was easily put together with clear instructions.

Great delivery, on time. Helpful and friendly drivers. They took it to our back garden and also gave us advice on erecting it. Very pleased.

my order was delayed by 8 days and just a text sent as an apology. A phone call or some kind of compensation for losing the person who was going to erect the shed before Christmas thereby making it even longer before I can enjoy my purchase

The delivery cost £24 was too expensive for the small items delivered. They should have been delivered by post.

1.8m x 1.8m Pressure Treated Decorative Europa Prague Fence Panel (EGSPHD) These panels are strong and well made. Shedstore website was professionally laid out with accurate pictures. The order process was easy. They kept me informed from start to finish. They delivered as promised using their own drivers. Phil was the driver and he was a credit to the people he works for who placed the panels where requested.

Everything on the website was easy to find, and the prices were really fair and reasonable too - no doubt I will be back in future!

Easy to navigate website. Shed arrived when told it would be.This is my 3rd shed off Shedstore and never been disappointed. Recommend to anyone.

Ordered a new shed from Shedstore which was a quick and easy process and I was able to arrange a date for delivery to suit me, they gave me an approximate time and then sent confirmation of a more exact time the day before which was very useful. My new shed was delivered this morning and first thing I received an email; with a link to track the delivery lorry which was even more useful. Carl and Fred were very helpful, delivering and checked all of the pieces and then placed them tidily where I had asked them to put them. The shed looks great and the instructions clear, looking forward to getting it put together and being able to use it now.
