I telephoned to order 2 sheds and a lady called Clare answered, the whole process of ordering was made very easy and reassuring. Clare went through step by step making the order very simple and easy. She checked everything and confirmed order, she was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Shed is good quality, found the instructions a bit confusing but got round it, customer services were very helpful answering all my questions without issue. Prompt service and delivered on time with out any hassle. i would highly recommend to others.

Easy to order, delivered without any issue. Quite easy to put up. Only comment is that the plastic base is bigger than the shed floor plan, why isn't it the same size?

We chose a reverse apex summerhouse. It was not made clear that the panels are the same for the standard apex and all the instructions are on the same paper. We employed experienced professionals to erect the summerhouse and they followed the instructions. Once it was all together and I visited the site it was clear that the apex was the wrong way. Shed store were not helpful and failed to understand that the instructions are very confusing, I.e. one kit and multiple instructions and ways of orientating the roof. We also bought a large timber shed which is flimsy. The guys who put it together thought it was one of the poorest quality sheds they had encountered. The shed roof ridge and summerhouse roof ridge both have a dip where they join, due to poor manufacturing. Flimsy panels, shed roof needed bracing. Not recommended. Buy elsewhere.

Disgraceful service and by far and away the worst experience. The order delivery date was cancelled becaude of a 'computer error' and allocated to a Saturday. We waited in all day and they arrived at 7.30 pm in the dark. The fence had been under sheds and was damaged. We asked for a replacement - 8 fences in total and they arrived at 7.30 am the following week and they full of ice. This had damaged the fences as they were stuck together sokid with ice. We asked for paint so we could paint the damaged fences and they sent us three small bottles half full. We wish we had never made an order to them and certainly would not recommend them. Do not use this company,.

I recently purchased a plastic shed from shed store, and unfortunately, my experience with the delivery service was quite disappointing. The communication regarding the delivery was terrible from the start. Initially, I was informed that the delivery team was on their way and only 30 minutes away. I ended up waiting at home all day, only to find out they never showed up. When I reached out to customer service the next working day, they were unable to provide any information about why the supplier had failed to deliver the shed. To make matters worse, the following day, I received an email stating that the delivery had been rescheduled for the next week. Eventually, the shed was delivered at 7:00 AM, which was quite early, but the driver refused to take the heavy boxes around to the back of my property. Instead, he left them sitting on the driveway. Fortunately, I had someone to help me move the boxes to the back, but I couldn't help but wonder what would happen if a vulnerable customer were in my position. Leaving heavy boxes in plain view on the street seems inconsiderate and could pose a security risk. Overall, the lack of communication and consideration for delivery logistics was quite frustrating. I hope future deliveries are better organized and more customer-friendly.

My client bought two items of shedstore. A shed 10x20 and a summer house 8x6 feet. We wanted the reverse apex summer house however when assembling it we have assembled as the normal apex which we have only realised after speaking to them that they are modular and it should fit both types. There is nothing on the website and the instructions are the worse instructions. We have professionals installing the items and they mentioned that they have never come across something so unstable and unsafe. We had to add timber beams to secure structurally the screws that comes with it were useless and the fitter recommended that we add ply wood to the floor and walls to give us more stability even though they are seating on a 150mm concrete pad… The price says it all cheap inside out and a bad customer care.

I BOUGHT A GATE ON THE 21ST OF NOVEMBER WAITED THE 7 WORKING DAYS AND THERE WAS NO CONTACT TO ME IN ANY FORM !!.I THEN HAD TO CALL THE SHED STORE TO FIND OUT WHERE MY GATE WAS AND WHEN WILL I BE SEEING IT !.WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS COMING FROM A 3RD PARTY AND THEY WOULD FOLLOW IT UP AND CALL ME BACK .THE CALL BACK DIDNT COME AND I HAD TO CALL THEM AGAIN BACK TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON.LONG STORY SHORT THE 3RD PARTY THAT WAS SUPPLYING MY GATE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 8 DAY BEFORE I WOULD SEE MY DELIVERY THIS EXPERIENCE HAS LEFT ME NOT WANTING TO USE THE SHED STORE AGAIN !!!!!!!!!
