The delivery was fine but please DON'T buy this shed. It the biggest waste of money and time ever. The instructions do not help and I had to employ a professional carpenter to put it together as nothing makes sense. The screws are Not wood worthy so I had to buy them extra. Also the ones. Provided were not labelled or numbered. This shed is so bad. We now need to go back around it as secure all the slats as the are falling apart 5:were already had come away.

I am very unhappy with your services as I have incurred loss of wages for 2 persons as I scheduled them for installation based on delivery date. I wouldn’t recommend anybody about your company’s product/services as inspite of repeated emails, I have still not got any response even after 3 days. POOR AND PATHETIC SERVICES

I haven't received my shed yet but the communications have been great so far

Shed was being erected by Shedlands. Person erecting the shed failed to do so as he believed the shed door position was incorrect due to tree branches impeding access. No attempt to contact me (I placed the order). A second visit was then arranged to install the she as originally requested. During this installation the installers managed to break one of the toughened panes of glass. Despite repeated requests for the missing third pane of glass to be fitted I have had no success. Shed cost nearly £2k. Would have been far easier for me to install. I would never use this company again.

No complaints. I ordered 3 fence panels after the recent storms, and the order was delivered a few days later. Everything was as expected, no problems. I'd happily use shedstore again.

Ordered and delivered within a few days. The delivery guy was very polite, unloaded the shed to where we could move it easily. with short winter days, it has taken us 2 days to put up the 12 x 10 shed. Very pleased.

The window panes are missing from the delivery. I have reported this loss twice via email, the company acknowledged receipt of emails. To date I have not received any further communication. Date of delivery 11th December 2024

Looks quality but a little expensive.

I’ve been waiting from 07.30 for my delivery, at 10.23 I received an email to say due to high winds they won’t be delivering( 24mph average and 48mph gusts. They say you’ll be contacted the day before with a 2 hour slot, which we didn’t receive. It’s 18th Dec and delivery can’t be done till after the new year. I’ve been told 10 days for a refund. I only received a message at 10.23 as I contacted the company at 08.30 to ask for my 2 hour window🤷‍♂️

Easy use of website, quick response and reasonable delivery costs and time

Placed an order last Monday aluminium gate with 2 posts and caps. Still waiting for the courier to contact to me as they claimed. When I placed the order it clearly said delivery with 5 to 7 days. Here were are 7 days later not a gate in sight. I now have a back garden with no gate currently and we are coming up to Christmas. So no I won't be using again nor would I recommend. Even if I get a refund , I'll have to wait for another 7 days for the money to hit my account. I will probably call my credit card company to see if they can release the cash early. As a retailer, choose your manufacturers carefully, choose suppliers who can deliver goods within the time period specified and not provide false information about delivery dates. Had I know it would take this long I wouldn't have placed the order so I'm well within my right to be pissed. And also don't take money if you know you can't fulfil contractual obligations. A very very unhappy disappointed customer!!! I'm staying well clear.

Received 2 Forest Garden garden stores. Many nails were rusty and had split the weather boards, the felt roll for both were damaged. On several panels the nails had missed the battons. Whilst I appreciate knots are present naturally in wood, one was on the front panel and was split so not weather proof. I had purchased forest garden products some years ago and which were much better made.
