I ordered 8' x 12' Lotus Sono Plastic Garden Shed with Foundation Kit (2.41m x 3.66m). The delivery was brilliant. The delivery honestly i would give 10 start if i could, but i did not spend about £1000 for shed just because the genleman is brilliant who delivered to me. So after couple of days of receiving the shed, we started to build it up. about half way normal wind blow and damaged the shed, fully bended the frame on the bottom that the side panals can not be pushed in correctly, the whole frame was twisted one side. According to the website this garden shed is constructed from premium plastic panels and metal framing. Also the website says "durable and weatherproof garden storage". I thought what could go wrong, i contacted the company on the 24th of december, due to festive season the reply to me on the 2nd of January. The reply was "the shed is not tested to wind" So i dont understand how can someone claim the the shed is "WEATHERPROOF" with 10 year warranty. As i mentioned before the shed was not even stand longer than 6h. According to the dictionary the deffinition is "protected from the bad effects of weather, especially protected from wind or rain by not allowing it to pass through:". So my understanding this company sell shed for only indoor use on outdoor, because soon as it goes outside you will lose your warranty. The customer service lady try to explain to me that the weatherproof doesn`t mean that the shed has to be windproof or stand agains any other elements. They also said the shed never been tested for wind. So i just highly recomend avoid this company because if you purchase any kind of items from ShedStore it should not to be kept outside in your garden. It should be build inside a house or warehouse or have concrete wall with roof around to be saved from elements. You will have hard time to try to get your money back or at least something. Even if they false advertising the product. My plastic shed meant to be "Weatherproof", but its only waterproof i beleive, but never get to the end to fully tested. Im not 100% sure on it if it would not leak. So please avoid in any cost. not worth it. So my rating is: delivery driver: 10* shed: negative 10* customer service: negative10* i would give lower rating if i could but fortunatelly for the company its only 1 star the lowest. Hope you guys stop SCAMMING people and stand for your action. You should change the bald statement on the website about 10 year warranty and Weatherproof, because its all missleading. Also they mentioned the T&Cs over the email and phone conversation. So here is my found for Return(cancellation) "7.12 Reimbursement (refund) of cancelled order monies held, less the return delivery charge defined in 7.6 to 7.11, shall be made in a period not exceeding 30 days, as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015." "7.14 'The Company' is not liable for damages or issues caused by factors outside of 'The Company' control including "Acts of Nature", adverse weather conditions, flooding, vandalism or accidental damage." So stop claiming that your product is WEATHERPROOF "7.15 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, 'The Customer' has a right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described and to get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date 'The Customer' took ownership of the goods." Your product its unfit for purpose, unsatisfied with the quality. "7.16 If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, the customer does not have to pay the postage costs for the return of the faulty item. If the customer is asked to return an item that arrived damaged, not as described or faulty, the retailer should refund the total cost of the return as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015." So you have 10 year warranty and perfect shed if you keep it in the box in the building under protection, so it can not be damaged.

Bought a 10 x 20 windowless shed, wish I never bothered. 1 small pack of 20 screws came with it, had to by extra wood to make the floor safe to walk on. That's after fitting the wooden frame. Complete rubbish truss hangers, again had to use heavier wood to make it feel safe. The roof felt was all cracked and not fit for purpose, even though I stored it upright as it should be. Yet again another cost. Wish I never got this. Awful quality. It's not worth half of what I paid. Very very unhappy !!
