To start they delivered the shed without a window which I noticed on delivery. Then when it was installed it was discovered the fascia boards had not been delivered and also they had delivered a one door shed instead of the two door I had ordered. While they did try to help and have sent the missing parts. They offered me a ten percent discount otherwise I had to take down the shed at my own cost and then would send me a new one which I would have to install at my cost. So there was no real option to fix their error and I had to accept the 10pct discount.

Ordered a premium range Timberdale shed. I was disappointed with the quality as there were rusty nails, split boards, and nails that were protruding having missed the battens on various panels. Reached the roof panel stage of construction only to find that the roof panels did not fit! It then took over a week for replacement parts to be delivered. These arrived wrapped only in plastic, a roof panel had clearly been dropped on one corner - the plastic was torn and panel badly damaged and unusable. Arranged for collection of all parts on 19th December. Driver never showed up despite being only about 10 minutes away when checking progress on the Live Tracking. Called Customer Care and was told he had exceeded his working hours. At my insistence collection was rearranged for 20th December and was completed. I then spoke to both Forest Garden and Shedstore on 20th December and it was agreed that I would receive a full refund. No refund or further communication by 9th January so I called Shedstore to check what was going on, only to be told that the refund had not been processed due to some collection documentation not having been completed correctly. Promised that my refund was now being processed yet same afternoon received a text from Forest Garden stated that my delivery was scheduled for 13th Jan! Phoned again this morning, 10th Jan, to be told that refund was definitely in progress and that delivery had been cancelled. I wait to see what happens next. I wouldn't dream of ever using this company again

the experience was very good found what we were looking for with multiple options which was really good for us. the fact we can put the door were we like during construction is really helpful. we have bought a couple of small sheds from here & was excellent.

Good shed options with 25 year guarantee. The website however is not accurate with the sizes in the diagrams different to the wording and the call Center I called with questions didn’t really know much to help. The chat functionality of the site is not great, just telling you to hold after asking a simple question on size. I did buy a shed via the website. So fingers crossed it’s the size o expect!
