Took day off work for delivery Did not arrive due to driver ran out of hours After 3 phone calls was told delivery would be almost 2 weeks later If shed was on wagon it should have been next drop Disgraceful service

Good quality sheds at reasonable prices. It was easy to find the type & size of shed I required with a good variety of extras available. Hassle free delivery slot available within days which suited me perfectly. Unlike a lot of other companies were it was 4-6wks wait for delivery.

I ordered a 10x6 shed on the 4th Nov. By the 2nd week of January it still had not arrived. Really poor service and lack of information. On the plus side my requested refund was completed in a few days

Today I received a high quality fence panel from Shedstore. It is so well made to last forever. Highly recommended. I usually buy my fence panels from Homebase and it will only last for less than 2 years. Delivery time was good too.

Very Helpful on phone
I ordered my item because the website said that the delivery date was 4-5 weeks away and I was about to go on holiday for a week. Today, my last day I had a message saying it was out for delivery and then shortly after another message saying it had been delivered. I have had to ask my neighbour to investigate and apparently it has been left outside my back door. Fortunately it is unlikely to be stolen as it is very heavy and it is under the carport. And also I should be home today. If I had known known that the delivery time was so short I would have waited until after my holiday to put in an order so not majorly impressed
