Ordered online but had a query before checking out. Phoned & the man was very helpful . He said he would check the order was correct & phone me back if there was a problem. All was good . Not received the goods yet as there i a 10 week delivery which we were aware of before ordering. The website was very good

The shed is of good quality, but the price fluctuates considerably - our purchase dropped by over £40 the day after we paid. Don't buy straight away - monitor the prices carefully or go elsewhere.

I have Just ordered for the second time. Really pleased with my first purchase from Shed store which was a Saffron Durabox for seat cushions & garden storge. Pleased the goods stayed dry over the winter period. Thank you Sam for your help and I look forward to receiving my next delivery.

Not had communication on weather the shed is being delivered when I asked for so left in limbo. Will probably be sorted out. Had a phone call today and now all arranged.

I ordered a 7x5 pent shed and arranged a delivery date and time through the Shedstore website. On the day, the two delivery men, Phil and Andy, gave me a call about 30 minutes before the due time to let me know they were on schedule. They duly arrived, unloaded, placing the shed parts in the location I’d chosen - took them around 20 minutes I think - they took a few photos and went on their way. I waited a couple of days for a day likely to be fine and began putting the shed together…I thought there was a part missing, the door frame, but it was the instructions being a bit vague, so all was fine. My wife and I had the base and walls up in just a couple of hours, though the window fixings took another hour, as it was a little fiddly. Purlins and roof were done in the afternoon, the last thing we did was put on the roofing felt in case of rain overnight…not fully secured but enough. Next day it was indeed raining a little, but not enough to stop us finishing off the roof and fixing up the door, which went on very easily. All in all, really satisfied. There are some downers…the window Perspex should be thicker, perhaps as an optional extra when ordering: the roofing felt had several breaks in it, but there was a lot more than needed for the roof so we could work around the cracks; we could have had more longer screws supplied, loads of short ones, not quite enough longer ones (though luckily I already had some, so didn’t need to buy any). But the shed went together easily, the instructions could have been better but they do include measurements of everything, so it’s not too hard to work out what was what…we didn’t make any mistakes! So if a 67 year old and his wife can build the shed in around 8 hours all told, then it can’t be too hard!

In a world where we no longer expect anything to be a smooth transaction, dealing with Forest Sheds has been great. Mitch and Coxy delivered the shed on time, and according to my installer it was very well made with everything supplied for its erection. I am a very happy owner.

High quality product very competitive rate buying experience was simple unfortunately i cannot rate the product at present as delivery is not until 11th march so would be unfair to other purchases to say that it is exceptionally good ..

Easy to order online. Delivery time exceeded expectation (4 days instead of the stated 2-3 weeks). Efficient delivery within the promised time slot. Unloaded quickly and efficiently into the back garden. Very good quality shed, comprehensive assembly instructions, easy to put together. Looks good!

Arrived as planned - no issues and a lovely driver very helpful.

Very happy with the shed, and Phil the delivery man was excellent. The only negative, was that all the parts were not listed in the instructions.

The shed arrived much more quickly that suggested with a very helpful driver. It was slightly fiddly having to drill all the holes, but I understand the reason why; and the shed is clearly if good quality.

I bought a metal gates and posts from shedstore and it was a smooth transaction from start to finish. I needed to return a post and contacted Darrell in Customer Services and he was excellent, he explained the process with a return, timescales and kept me up to date regularly so he made the experience 5 star for me and I would definitely buy from them again !
