Advised delivery date when placed order and received regular updates until delivery time itself. All received as advised. Driver and colleague arrived when expected and very courteous and helpful.

Well the shed hasn't arrived yet as only ordered today, hopefully it will arrive on said day. Ordering was easy except for NatWest's robot. The person who dealt with the order was polite and helpful.

This is the second shed that i have purchased from Shed Store, the whole process is very straight forward, now i have 2-3 weeks to get my new base ready :)

There is nothing wrong with the company. Supply and delivery is excellent. The problem is with the product and instructions. Lots of screw holes not in line with the ones it's supposed to. Not enough information in the instructions with regard to certain parts that can be put the wrong way up. There also needs to be more script in the instructions for a diy assembly. Luckily for me I had help from someone who had built a couple of similar buildings, and even he found it a problem. As I said, nothing wrong with Shedstore.

Easy to choose and order, however the delivery date is quite a bit over the ‘expected’ delivery date given at the time of ordering.

Description and photographs very good. Ordering very easy. Confirmation of order quick and follow up of delivery details excellent. Very excited about receiving the summer house next week.

Being able to easily get somebody on the phone for clarifications before and after order. Precision of mobile text informing of our delivery slot 7am-9am Delivery was bang on time 7am Pete D the delivery man could not have been more polite as he cheerily hauled down 6 steps, to garden, all the pieces of the shed on a dark, drizzly and windy morning. Thank you Pete for making such an early delivery a pleasure.

It was a pleasure to deal with this company. From ordering to delivery communication was great. Assembly unfortunately had to be put on hold for several months due to family health issues, but when the shed was being assembled I found I was missing a small part of the shed. I thought the time lapse might have been an issue but I contacted customer service who straightaway without hesitation requested the relevant part/s and they were sent out within a few days. Their after sales customer service is 5 star - big thank you to Reuben. Would definitely recommend this company without hesitation.

Shed arrived on time yesterday and the driver put the items where I requested in the garage. He was polite and had sound advise. The customer service on the phone bucked the trend and someone answered promptly and was helpful. I would recommend this company.
