SENsational Tutors Ltd. provide private, specialist SEN tutors to work with children and adults with Special Educational Needs (SEN) including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, language delay, behavioural needs, and other specific academic and behavioural needs. Our mission is to boost confidence and inspire a love of learning through bespoke, fun, one-to-one learning sessions.

We contacted SENsational Tutors to help us find a math tutor for our 15-year old son. Our son has dyslexia and dyscalculia and they very quickly identified David as having the right experience and expertise to help him. David's supportive and empathetic approach to our son has had a great impact on his maths understanding and confidence, and in less that 2 months, we are hopeful that we are on track to gaining a pass in his iGCSE in May next year - something that looked impossible at the start of the academic year!! Two sessions a week and homework in between is resulting in significant improvements and David's manner just works really well with our son. David's willingness to collaborate with the teachers at school is hugely appreciated and they are interested to speak with David to find out more about his successful teaching techniques! All in all, very happy that SENsational Tutors helped us to connect with such a skilled teacher.

The director Joanna Gibbs is lovely, very caring and will go to a lot of trouble to match the right tutors to students. For the last 2 years I've always experienced great communication; Joanna really listens to the needs of the student and family. Both my sons have a rare sub type of Autism called Pathological Demand Avoidance; which can prove challenging to find the right tutors. However I feel so much more reassured knowing I have Sensational Tutors to rely upon. I have always received a 100% professional service. Im so grateful for the ongoing support and understanding.
