I was ill and unable to attend the theatre snd had taken out insurance. I received my refund only a few days after I made the claim. Excellent service.

Was very pleased with the ease of how to make the claim. I uploaded the necessary documents and everything was processed quickly and efficiently. Very happy that I added the 'secure my booking' to my booking as this is something that I don't usually take out. Will be definitely be taking this out for future bookings.

Decided to protect my theatre tickets, which I thought was waste of money but then my wife took ill with flu. Not been able to see a GP and she was not fit to travel so I thought I would make a claim, only to find I need to provide medical evidence, I am very disappointed as our word is not good enough, doctors don't want you visiting the surgery, just told to take paracetamol and drink plenty of fluid. Will not pay out again for insurance, waste of time.

It was 50%discount they charged me full amount when I asked for refund half money they didn’t gave me or didn’t help me anything I lost money

Refund was made into my account quickly and was generally a straightforward process. The only suggestion I have is to make any templates or requirements publicly available on the website. It was difficult to determine exactly what sort of evidence was required or would be accepted.

Very simple and quick refund process for me, I uploaded the pertinent information and I had the refund approved in a few days. Ticket protection is so worth it, seven quid extra meant I didn't lose out on a 70 quid booking I couldn't use.

Clear directions and timely response and reimbursement eased the stress of missing an expensive performance due to illness. It was worth every penny of the cancellation insurance.
