I was very grateful to receive my theatre refund promptly in the end, having sent my son's note from hospital verifying that he had viral pneumonia. You need such a note! Rules are quite lengthy, but clear. The form was quite tricky to complete and send, and it took the helpline to advise clearing my browser history to support that working. It took me a good hour to complete the request.
My experience was 10/10 my refund was fast and everything is super easy to submit.
