Instructions were very clear on how to apply for a refund. I followed instructions correctly and within 2/3 days my refund application has been reviewed and actioned. Money was in bank maybe day 3/4.

I disliked the fact that when you fill out the form initially you are told that proof of certain things are acceptable and eligible for refund then once the forms processed you have emails stating that you need to provide further. My refund toke over 2 weeks because they wanted more information when they had everything I could give them. I purchased the ticket protection for a reason and at one point was told I was not eligible which was disheartening and over the Christmas period where the doctors aren't running on normal hours it was near on impossible for me to get what they wanted even though they already had all the information they needed - the whole process could be much smoother
Very easy to apply for a refund, money back in my account within 48 hours. Will definitely be taking out ticket protection in the future.
