With in 3 days of sending in my request for a refund, the money was in my bank account. There was no quibbling could I send this we need that, it’s the first time ever I have had this experience.
Seamless, easy process for refund. Very quickly dealt with and I had the money back after just a few days.
My refund was very quick and straight forward. We couldn't make it to the show we booked for due to extremely bad rain. I just had to submit proof of weather/travel reports and the refund was granted a few days later. Great service.

Requested refund due to casting change. Refund was prompt. Only issue was needing a pdf version instead of being able to forward an email to a mailbox .
Claims for refund are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Quite a lot of detail needs to be included on the claim form but it's really worth doing.
