My main complaint was that I had to have a Dr’s note to confirm that I was ill.I would not have bothered a Dr as I knew it was a virus that would run its course without medical intervention . So despite feeling ill I had to go physically to the surgery to get confirmation . Taking up my time and a busy Dr’s.I feel that having paid a fee of £18 to protect these tickets I should have been trusted to say that I was too ill to attend without seeking A Dr’s confirmation. Extremely prompt refund, no quibbles!
Process was to fill out application was okay. The problems started when they tried to give updates. At 3 am I get an email saying that it's approved then I get an email saying it was a system error. An hour later I get another email saying it's been approved? Idk if this one's actually legit or not. Finally I get an actual email saying the amount i was getting back and they mentioned the error. It was back and forth and very frustrating. Please fix the problem.
Took way too long with too many back and forth emails. All information was provided but I had to keep providing it multiple times. I got the refund back in the end 😅
I have not received my refund the policies are ridiculous
No problems, having completed on line form, supplied weather warnings. Received confirmation 4 days later that refund had been approved and was in my bank the following day.
It was quick and easy to claim and the refund was received within a week.
Easy to complete claim form (although it preferred a computer to a mobile), and a remarkably swift refund. A refreshing change!
