I could not get over how easy, seamless and how quickly I received the funds back. I was so disappointed I could not see the show, but the process for the refund made up for it.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I paid the extra payment for ticket protection which on advertising page said " cancellation due to illness, death, weather conditions and travel issues" . However on the day we were due to go to the theatre, my friend and I both had viruses which rendered us unwell, and certainly not fit for travel or to sit in a theatre coughing and sneezing on all around. When I came to apply for a refund it was a very different story. They want doctors/ hospital proof of illness, which we don't have as with colds, flu and viruses, a visit to the doctor is totally not necessary as little a doctor can do. This was not made clear in the advertising and I am furious that I've been duped into purchasing this "so called" protection.

The refund experience was quick and easy. Not a complete refund but I was happy that most of what I paid was refunded. Refunded due to sickness.

Great service. Spoke to a lovely advisor who helped with the claim, submitted the claim easily and was refunded my ticket price within 2 days. Will definitely use again.

It was easy to request a refund. Only negative was not being able to exchange for a different date. Otherwise the insurance was well worthwhile.

It was very quick and efficient. I was not required to call for follow-up. I was contacted immediately to advise that I was missing a required document and the refund was processed shortly thereafter.

Me and my wife were unable to attend the theatre due to a bereavement. After completing the simple online refund application form I was kept informed of the progress. The total time involved including me resending information I had missed in total was 10 days and the refund was in my bank account. 5 star service. I would not hesitate to take out insurance cover in future.
