We unfortunately had to claim a refund for one ticket due to illness. I was impressed how quickly the refund was processed and the website for the claim was easy to use.

Refund was applied for on Christmas Eve and money refunded a week later. Impressive since it was a holiday period.

Not as easy as I expected it to be but I managed in the end. Main issue was struggling to get the ticket email changed to pdf. Free app worked but was delayed in returning. Managed to convert a different way. Got the refund so no complaints.

Very good customer support experience. Had to cancel a pantomime booking owing to illness, phoned a couple of times and Secure My Booking couldn't have been more helpful. Also my call was answered within seconds. They explained exactly what I needed to do to get a refund and they were very efficient in processing it. I'd anticipated it would be more of a drawn out process so was delighted with how easy it was. I would definitely use Secure My Booking again. On 150 quid's worth of tickets, it was £9 well spent.

Unfortunately we couldn’t attend our show due to a family bereavement. The claim process was quick and simple, payment made very quickly back to our card too. Well worth the peace of mind for the small cost, otherwise we would have lost hundreds.

The process for ticket refunds when ticket protection had been purchased was far too lengthy and complicated. This is the only time I’ve ever been asked to upload supporting documents which I was reluctant to do as contained personal information. Once completed the refund came back fairly quickly, however I was not impressed with the refund request process.

Last minute cancellation of Christmas theatre visit due to hospitalisation of one family member was dealt with sympathetically and promptly, no fuss and refund processed quickly.

Unfortunately we couldn’t attend the Christmas pantomime due to illness but luckily when booking I took out ticket insurance. So glad I did the online form was easy to complete and my refund was in my account in less than a week.

Quick to refund. Make sure you have ALL information to hand before filling online form to make it a quicker process. GP kindly offered to print off my consultation report for free rather than paying for a medical certificate and this was accepted by email.

The process was fairly straightforward, although I had a problem adding the original confirmation. However, once I had an email to communicate on, it was all very easy to sort and I received my refund within the week. Thank you. Happy New Year to you all.
