We couldn't attend a gig & reached out for a refund (we have purchased ins) & still over a month later waiting for a refund. Was advised to ask Dr's for a letter to confirm when they found out they would charge Secure my booking told me not to bother. Have had zero reply back to my recent emails. I have provided all the information including my drs email address, & confirmation of physio appointments & yet this is still not good enough. Same questions being asked when all they have to do is read the full email with the documents included, feel like i am being stalled to prevent refund. Customer service at present is zero. I will probably get a reply via this way, if so can you process the refund please.

Thank you for your prompt refund of our tickets. We were very disappointed we couldn't attend the pantomime due to heavy snow. The refund process was relatively simple and the theatre was also supportive.

Excellent service as could not attend due to numerous family bereavements. No problem with refund as I paid extra insurance in case of cancellation.
