Documentation a bit onerous but smooth to upload, and then process very swift
I had to cancel my trip to the theatre due to adverse weather and trains being cancelled. To be able to sure the refund web addresses and screenshots had to be downloaded as proof of confirmation. Although not difficult once I had attached them to the application form I could not see if they had all attached which was my only concern. Otherwise the application was approved in a matter of days and the money was back in my account within the week.

Secure My Booking made it very easy to get a refund for a theater ticket not used due to illness. Full refund came within 2 weeks of applying for it. I’m so glad I bought my theater ticket insurance through them!!
I applied for a refund and got an email saying it had been accepted and a refund would e made. Then had an email later that day saying it was a system error and was actually still being looked at. Then told it was rejected due to not fitting the correct criteria for a refund. There is not flexibility in the decisions made.
Our information was initially queried despite it containing a medical report, but after a week we received a refund and are happy with this.

Reasonably easy online claim form to fill in, for which I uploaded Met Office weather details to support my claim. Claim was handled withn the 7 days and upon being informed of my successfull claim the money was in my account the same day, very quick.
