Customer service was good and the refund was efficient. The online site needs to give the telephone number for refunds as it was long winded phoning the Alex. Although again the customer service advisor tried his best to sort it out for me. And was very empathetic. Unfortunately not all problems can be sorted online and this did cause me some distress trying to find telephone contacts. The Alex provided me the relevant number as it wasn’t on the website.
