Smooth refund process, but what I wanted was an exchange for available tickets to another performance. There should be an option to allow the preferred outcome, not just pigeonholing customers who buy insurance into obtaining a refund.

there is nothing more annoying than buying insurance and then -when you need it, have them come back with some excuse as to why it doesn't apply. I go to the theater a lot and travel a lot. I've had to cancel twice (both due to illness) and so far no issues. it is easy and fast. I use it when I buy tickets a lot in advance, which means I can take up nice offers and know that if I can't go for whatever reason they will have my back. If it hadn't worked I would stop getting it.
I thought the response to my email was swift however you presume that all people are computer literate, I found it very difficult to upload the information you required and during a distresful time it added a lot of pressure and worry. I would have loved to have been able to speak to someone on the phone which I could not do.

We were very much looking forward to coming to New York to see this play. My husband tore his rotator cuff and his surgeon told him it would be ill advised to do any type of traveling. Refund No Quibble - Bought theatre tickets for January, due to time of year took out insurance. Best thing I ever did as it snowed which prevented us from travelling safely the 140 miles to London. Completed a refund request document with evidence and the ticket price was refunded well within the 7 days they state it will take. Very impressed!
The refund process was easy. It would have been 5 stars but the money did not go back to original form of payment. Now I have fees to transfer from one method of payment to another.
