The refund was made quickly and with the reason that I had for requesting the refund it was accepted with the backup documents.
Going through a difficult time and having the process of getting a refund very easy was certainly one less worry to think about. The service was incredibly fast. The refund was requested on a Saturday and was promptly processed the following Monday which was unexpected I would have expected a longer process so was impressed with the speed of it.

My first claim was not received by you, but when I rang I was given good advice and after I submitted a 2nd claim I received a refund within 7 days. Very good.
I had purchased insurance on my booking for a special night out for my wife’s birthday, as in life things happen and due to injury and illness she was not able to attend. I had made an initial approach to secure my booking to get more info before I made my claim, it wasn’t a small amount being over £500, the claim was made and went through the process and was paid directly into my bank, so in the great scheme of things if you insure it and make a genuine claim, they pay out that’s it , so I can’t complain in any way, will make sure for any large ticket/booking purchase I will insure it as you never know what’s going to happen.

Not an easy form to fill in, too many negative's. Four of us including an IT person struggled to understand the forms. The refund has gone into my bank account, but it was £2 short. The ticket was for my 19year old grandson's and not a child refund, it should have been £29 the price of an adult.
It was a very difficult process. I had to have several attempts to submit request. Grand theatre were not helpful either.

The instructions were easy to follow on the link given. When I had a query, there was a chat box available to communicate with someone. I received my refund in under 3 days.
