I didn’t receive a single update on the status of my refund. After a week of hearing nothing, I used the online chat and was told the refund was with the payment team. Around 2 days later, the refund was processed, but I expected to be updated throughout the process. *Update* I checked my spam/junk folder daily, and there was not a single email received. Feel free to send me all of the emails you’ve reportedly sent. It is only after I had to chase for an update via online chat that I actually got the refund. It’s odd how I received the acknowledgment email without issue, yet failed to receive a single update.
Refund process was easy and money back in my account in a jiffy. Thank you, it is making a sad time just that bit easier.

Straight forward process and they gave me the money back as agreed with no quibbles
It was so easy to take out, took a second, but to get my money back was a different matter. I had to supply so much evidence it was ridiculous, of course I needed to show some. One piece showed a copy of the original email with all the details, including the date the email was sent. One faint piece right at the bottom left showing the same date as the email was missing on the photo, that was the booking date. Obviously the email is sent the same day as the booking, but the person would not accept that, I then had to spend another 2 days until I could obtain an email copy of it to forward to them. The person on the phone was abrupt, rude and full of their own importance, not interested in what I said and kept interrupting me. This is not the type pf person for that job. I suggest you listen to the phone calls. This whole experience has put me off booking anymore shows in the future. It was all so difficult as at nearly 80 years old I am no Techno wizard and do not want to spend my life interacting with technology for what should be a pleasurable experience. However I was determined to get my money back and did just that, as I had paid for it.
Very simple service to use. Staff member was excellent when I phoned to query a point. Gave full factual information. Claim was dealt with quickly. Very impressed. Did exactly what it said on the tin.

The process was made easy by it being explained clearly and what was needed .Once all documents forwarded spoke with a member of staff who acknowledged receipt and dealt with claim immediately was impressed by their efficiency and help.
