Took out insurance on our theatre tickets which we unfortunately could not attend as my husbsnd was unwell. I was super impressed with the service and the prompt reimbursement of my tickets.

The process was very straightforward. I simply provided details of the changes in my health since I booked the tickets several months before, along with the requested evidence. Inside a week, I had an email notification that my claim had been accepted and that the refund had been processed and paid. The money was back in my account a few minutes after that notification. Needless to say, I was very disappointed not to have been able to attend the Jan Akkerman gig - second failure, first scuppered by covid! However the refund experience did help to ease the disappointment.

Very straightforward process - a little awkward converting the booking website's paperwork to pdf and download, but nothing major and other evidence was easier as just copy and pasted. The acknowledgement of application came back very quickly, as did confirmation that the refund was awarded. Although I was advised that the cash transfer might take up to a week, it actually arrived the following day! Given how clear the parameters of cover were displayed and how quickly the process had been, it was very worthwhile investing in insurance and taking a little of the sting out of what had been a huge disappointment for our group.

I received my refund very quickly after my application. The website was easy to navigate and all the information and evidence I needed to supply was clearly written. Once I had collected all the information and evidence, I was able to apply and received my refund within 10 days of application. I thoroughly recommend getting insurance for expensive tickets!

We were so disappointed to have to cancel our booking due to illness and, to be honest, we expected to face hassle with trying to claim our refund. However, everything was very straight forward, we followed the clear instructions and received our full refund within a few days. Thank you to the team for being so helpful and understanding.

The process was a little complicated and stressful because my husband had a flu like virus but the company wanted a sick note, when I said he hadn't been to the doctors and was still going to work they wanted a receipt for any meds I had brought hom to prove he was unwell , which I couldn't do as we had cold and fly capsules, ibuprofen, and paracetamol in the house. Luckily he had his fibromyalgia meds I could send a photo off to prove he has a medical condition. But once I sent this through after a lot of frustration, the refund came through a few days later. I always buy the insurance but unless you can prove illness it's difficult to claim. I wasn't going to let him sit in the theatre coughing and sneezing over everyone else and spreading the illness!
