Phone Nightmare The "provisioned" phone that as sent was not provisioned correctly. We returned it and still have not received the new phone despite paying for the same weeks ago.

This has been the most horrific experience of customer service we have experienced as a business (which is saying something) their sales representative promised quite a few things, failed to deliver, then quit her job. After months of 6 hours on the phone, failure to port over our company line, and fraudulent billing, we attempted to cancel, only to be told we are locked into a 2 year contract. For what? Our company number is not ported over. We have no access to our phone lines. Do not use this service. They are fraudulent at best.

When I have an issue, I end up talking to some forigner and can only understand maybe half of what they are saying. The quaility of their service is ok. And now they have some sort of enforcement of overseeing text messaging. We complied with the requirements and were told that we are not in compliance when we in face are in compliance. Getting ready to dump these guys and move on to another provider.

1. aucun service client en français (pour ceux qui parlent juste en français) 2. J'ai demandé du soutien à plusieurs reprise aucun suivi ont ma envoyé un e-mail plusieurs semaine après ma demande et cela ne solutionné pas mon problème. 3. J'ai pris un forfait sur 1an que j'ai payé en 1 seul paiement mais suite à la difficulté d'utilisation j'ai décidé d'annuler (ont ne peu pas annuler en ligne seulement par appel et en anglais) lors de mon appel le gars ma dit qu'on ne va rien me rembourser à annuler mon compte et raccroché l'appel sans me donner l'option de savoir pq il ne rembourse pas. En outre le gars avec qui j'ai parlé avec un accent très fort en anglais c'était un peu difficil à bien comprendre.

I filed for the TCR registration 7/15/24 that’s more than 30 days ago and more than 26 days of the 20 Business days promise of Ringcentral, and still no update. On the 21th business day I chatted with a representative online and I was told there’s going to be an update after 24 to 72 hours, after 72 hours no update. So I called and I was told that the next 24 hours there will be an update, still no update. So I called back and I was told that after 24 hours it will be an update, and still no update. I called again today and I was told that 24 to 72 hours there will be an update... Unofrtantly they lost my trust.... Unfortunately Ringcentral support turns out to be a scam. With foreign workers that barley speak the language and not able to help.

Please be cautious when considering Ring Central. They enforce a 2-year contract with a purported 30-day cancellation grace period, which is not documented in their written terms. Should you opt to cancel, you are required to contact a specific department solely by phone, often facing hold times of at least 45 minutes. Regrettably, many customers, myself included, have experienced disconnections after significant waits. These practices seem questionable and warrant scrutiny.

We changed to Ring Central June 1, 2024, today is August 15, 2024. Main reason was so that we could get our business SMS working. I have lost count of the # of times (5-8) that I have gotten with their "experts" to resubmit only to be rejected over & over again. Still NO texting capabilities!!
