Great customer service!
Customer service was terrible! I could never get ahold of anyone. I tried to cancel my subscription as the business owner but it was under my property managers name I could not do to it! It was just inconvenient.. I pay the bills and setup all the passwords but still couldn’t cancel. Disappointed in the service.
I continually receive calls on my personal cell phone regarding the phones in the office where I work. I had four calls in one evening. I don't believe that you should be calling a personal phone for work issues to sell more options from ring central.
Your system was never compatible with our Alarm and Fire system and even though your people said they will cancel our contract you keep charging me. I have proof.
We have been over charged $ 3,284.21 and have been unable to receive credit for this for months despite multiple attempts. For the months after the signing of this contract, we were charged rental fees for phones that were returned due to delays that were not on our end. Since the signing of this contract on April 3rd 2024, we have been debited for rental charges and amounts below: 04/11/2024-05/10/2024 of $642.00 05/11/2024-06/10/2024 of $642.00 06/11/2024-07/10/2024 of $243.00 A total of $1,527.00 in rental fees, and now being charged with $1,757.21 for phones that we returned, and Ring Central confirmed receipt of. Outside of this contract, we have been over charged for $3,284.21 to date. This is incredible significant to a small business. Case #24082594 was opened on 06/20/2024 to calculate the billing refund from April to June, but there has been no refund issued to date. On 6/20 Ring Central even stated that the billing was inaccurate due to not yet being synced with recent charges. If we are not able to have these charges that are outside of our 04/03/2024 signed contract refunded to us, we will need to refer you to our legal team and we will need to look for another option for our company needs. We are very disappointed in how the renewal of our services has gone. Beware.
There is very little positive I can say besides that you can make a call that for the most part is clear. The pricing, customer service, available options are all between barely ok to horrific
I encountered significant challenges when attempting to cancel my RingCentral subscription after a brief period of use. Despite repeated attempts, I was unable to reach a specialist due to long wait times, and my requests for a refund for the remaining subscription period were denied. It's important for potential buyers to be aware of these issues and to thoroughly research customer reviews before purchasing RingCentral.
Phone rings one time and never able to answer calls
You've got to be kidding. So i've had nothing but issues, it's now been almost 5 months that i've waited for texting, they've gotten managers involved. And they assured me it would be figured out, its been a month since i spoke to them. I got denied for texting because my website "DOES NOT STATE THE OPT OUT LANGUAGE" WHEN IT ABSOLUTELY DOES STATE THE VERY EXACT WORDS THAT THEY SAY YOU NEED TO HAVE VERBATIM!! RIDICULOUS BEYOND RIDICULOUS. I've spent about 60 hours trying to deal with simple things with these guys. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, spend a little elsewhere and youll save alot of hassle.
Below average service Poor quality telephone device
The rep said she was running late. I asked her to call me she said she couldn’t get me. I asked her for a number to call her she never responded. I am really annoyed. I spoke to Riley last week and expressed the importance of me getting in touch to get our issues resolved.

RingCentral is almost an intuitive program. Much like the perfect partner, there is a 'getting-to-know-you' period in the courtship. The relationship will have its ups and downs, yet the love affair continues to grow!
Ordered texting weeks ago. Haven’t heard a thing!! Don’t like calling coroner service because I get friendly entry level techs, who can literally be heard following the scripts. What a waste of time. Ringcentral should be efficient. Allowing escalation of a case to a higher proficiency level of English speaking technician, American based, should be an option. Heck you could even add that as a ‘pay for’ service………..
