I cannot stand how every user cannot see answered and missed calls once they toggle back on. And it also makes no sense why all users cannot see the texts that go out and come in.

recently the browser extension was not allowing us to connect to client. It would hang up and then we would not be able to answer the phone, prior to this incident over the last few weeks the system has been stellar

Began signing up with RingCentral in March, but it wasn't until April that we got connected because our Sales Rep disappeared and we had to start all over again. We are now on our 3rd Rep since then! We have 3 lines and are renting the equipment, but were sent the incorrect handset which doesn't work with the Base Station that's compatible with our 2 desk phones! I have been trying to get it replaced since then --- it's now mid-August. Additionally, we have asked for a credit for the 5 months of rental fees we have paid for the incorrect handset as well as the 3rd line. They keep acknowledging my request, but not acting on it. As I mentioned we are on our 3rd Rep so we've basically had to re-explain ourselves constantly. This is past annoying.

Absolute worst customer service after 18 years in business and dealing with hundreds of companies. We’ve been trying for months to sort out our business texting and they cannot seem to help us or respond to countless calls and emails.

I am very happy with Ring Central and the service they provided me. Lots of integrations for my scheduling software. The customer service quickly worked with me to solve some very minor issues in regards to my account. If you are looking for a phone number for your business I would recommend checking out what RingCentral has to offer you.

I have sought a reimbursement for the past (4) yrs for service that "not delivered." Rather than a refund, I was offered a reduced rate of $9.99 contingent on being paid "in advance!" To date, I have been unable to "sign in to my account, and continuously experience disruptions. I'm exhausted! Ring Central SUCKS!!

The reliability and quality of the technology are excellent. I don't like being charged additional fees for text messaging -- especially since I bought an unlimited plan.

Poor customer support. Updating our account to ADD services was a long and frustrating process. The contracts/agreements do not provide a clear description of the pricing/offer and there is no option to modify the agreements to clarify. The service was terrible for the past year. We elected to end the service with Ring Central a few months ago even though the support team has shown improvement over the past month (July 2024).

This company does not fix problems and only adds to them. They are not responsive and cancelling a contract is impossible. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stop auto purchase. Everything is perfect, and I’m so happy with Ringcentral, however in the last 3-4 months i got the auto purchase issue. The money was refunded to me, but it would be better if it could be turned off, specially because i have the recommended monthly plan by the account manager. I been charged about 4-5 times, and i been refunded completely, however it would be better if they don’t charge instead of charging me and then i have to call the customer support and request the refund.
