after suffering difficulties with our card payment machine in the shop i spoke to Dan and he was very helpfull and patient on the telephone whilst we sorted out the problem

Ash was very helpful ,even though I had to wait a long time for my call to get answered he apologised for the wait and helped fix your card machine quickly.
After struggling initially to get through by phone. The phone was answered by Maija who dealt with my issue very personably and professionally. She made sure i received the correct documents for my transition. Many thanks Maija
Is impossible to contact them. Have tried phoning and emailing to no avail. I am trying to cancel because my business is closing was told to open a dispute with regard to the amount they want to charge me. This was done over a month ago and have been unable to contact them since. Time is running out now so I am at a loss as what to do. Don’t believe anything the sales rep tell you as they were aware I would be retiring when I took out the contract and was informed that it would not be a problem. Also they were supposed to have bought me out of my last contract and that has not been the case. Avoid
Company is good and never had problems with them. Dealt with Maija Greenmore when I did have a problem and it was solved very quickly and professionally.

Have tried on multiple occasions over the last month to get through on phone , gave up each time once I had passed the hour of being on hold. Emailing is a waste of time too as they do not respond to that either. Terrible company to do business with So, Get a reply through Trust Pilot saying RMS have contacted me directly about my complaint. Really, when ? how ? as I have received no phone call or email
I am extremely disappointed with Retail Merchant Services. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to reach them at 01908 359190, 01224, 007774 or through emails. I cancelled their services in April, but I continue to receive invoices. The lack of responsiveness and communication is unacceptable. Potential customers should be aware of these issues before considering Retail Merchant Services. My experience reflects a significant deficiency in their customer service and communication processes.
Having been with this company for long time, the level of service has fallen greatly. From not upgrading the old machine to current faster ones as requested. Refunds not been made to customers and not answering the phone or replying to emails, the level of customer service is not good enough. After looking around for better serives I have signed up witht them but getting out from RMS is taking alot longer than I had anticapated.
Cowboys - they do not respond to emails or answer the phone Stay clear or lose money
Almost an hour for anyone to answer the phone when my terminal went down! Admittedly, when they did eventually answer, the call handler did say a new machine would be sent out and that, as we speak, is on its way today. However, in my anger and frustration I decided to look around for a new supplier and have found most of them offer far better rates tha I am currently paying! Same old story loyal customers get treated like dirt!
Shocking took over 1.5 hours each time to answer the phone , sent us a broken machine . We were unable to take payments for 4 days
Won’t even give them a one star no one answers the phone and my payments haven’t gone into my bank I’ve lost money and can’t even soeak to anyone
Visa machine not working. trying for 3 months to get it fixed or replaced, but : would be the worst customer service ever, if we actually got ANY customer service! Weeks trying to get through on the phone, non-existent numbers, no answer, permanent hold. Multiple emails, with auto-response saying they would contact us within 5 working days. Liar liar pants on fire!!!! We are actively trying to get our visa machine moved to any other company in the world, and then we will be absolutely delighted beyond belief to give these complete and utter gobshites the two fingers and block their rental direct debit.
Its impossible to get in touch with customer service and machine very slow.I do not reccomend at all
A truly awful service, don’t reply to emails, you can never get them on the phone I would stay well away from them. I switched to Takepayments, now that’s a company who knows how to look after their clients
No idea what is happening with this company. Appalling service recently with no answers to multiple emails, and they are not answering the phones. Funny though if you put in a request for a new product such as a card machine etc… the sales reps will call you! But tech support or help for existing customers is non existent. I’ve been trying to contact them for months now. Luckily I bought my card machines outright! Otherwise I’d be very concerned if I was in contract with them monthly!!! If you’re looking for a card machine provider please choose someone else because something dodgy is going on with this company!
I’ve decided I no longer want anything to do with RMS but parting company with them is proving very difficult as they will not answer my calls or reply to my emails. I believe they are having problems and will not be around for long so think hard before you sign up with them! My complaints about RMS go right back to the day I signed up with them and the way I was mis-sold by their deceptive sales rep, things have gone downhill since! I’m off, let’s see how long it is before they want to contact me now I’ve cancelled their direct debit!
They do not answer their calls or emails! I have had an issue with my machine for over a week now. I was on hold for over 25mins and still no answer from a person. I emailed my complaint and told 5 working days for a response. Guess what still no response. Tried calling 3 times today and again on hold for ridiculous time and still no answer from anybody. I am completely stuck until someone gets back to me! Not good service at all and will not be renewing with them
