We recently purchased a table with 6 chairs which was the only model available to suit our required size and colour. It was listed as a 'slight second' which we accepted. On delivery we were rather disappointed to find that the glass table top did not fit the base correctly - we thought this was more than a slight second. We contacted Regatta receiving very helpful responses from Frederick who arranged for delivery of a replacement table at the first opportunity. All dealings with the company were very efficient and personable which we greatly appreciated. We would certainly have confidence in dealing with this company in the future and would recommend them.

My garden furniture came well packed, A bit fiddly to put together it took just under an hour for a three seater sofa, two armchairs and table but looks great and it’s comfortable. Would recommend, very quick delivery.

We bought our original wicker conservatory furniture from Regatta 18 years ago. This time we wanted an outdoor/indoor dining set and managed to find just what we wanted in the end of season sale and got a fantastic deal. As promised we received a phone call one hour before delivery from Regatta's own driver and the furniture arrived in good packaging so no damage. Overall we're very satisfied customers.

Although the purchase was fine the delivery was an awful experience. The delivery guys said they couldn’t deliver the furniture down a path as they were kerb side delivery only. Minds were changed when I offered £20. Typical lazy worker syndrome.

We purchased a patio table and chairs from the Basildon site and the help courtesy and knowledge shown by Clair ( I think) was a credit to your business. We returned again today Saturday 13 October and again the service from your staff this time a man, unfortunately we didn’t get his name, but again very good advice on the purchase we made - a parasol for the table. Overall excellent service and courtesy and would happily recommend to others!!🙂👍🙂
