Unfortunately there were a number of small faults: weave undone in several places, a bend in the table frame meant one bolt could not be fitted correctly, two bolts unusable (one with irregular thread, the other no Allen key hole in head). Despite this the furniture is functional, but a complaint was made with supplier.

The assistant on the day of purchase was helpful-we did ask if for a discount for cash but were told the price on offer was the lowest it would be. However, we called in on Wednesday to purchase a parasol and were very upset to see that you had our identical set on offer for over £200 cheaper!

I am very happy with my recent purchase of garden furniture. It looks great and the quality is excellent. I was unaware when I bought the furniture that delivery could only take place of one day of the week which would have been helpful. Having said that, they did agree to hold the furniture for me until my patio was complete and the delivery when arranged was done so with good communication from the delivery guys.

Lovely furniture, quick delivery. The gazebo could be better made but we got there in the end.
Ordered an item online, heard nothing for a week, so called them to be told they were waiting on stock, will definitely have it in a week and they would keep in touch. Another 2 weeks later, still heard nothing, so cancelled the order. Disgraceful, they took the cash off me but didn't have the stock or any idea when it would come, order at your peril... ??? Response doesn't address the lack of customer care, there was no communication over expected delivery dates. I was forced to chase and it is easy to say that the product is almost in after cancellation. Once you take my money I would expect you to over-communicate, how about you send me the product and I will pay at some point in the next 3-4 weeks, you've got my details?
