Fantastic company and service! We bought our garden furniture from Regatta approx. a year ago, had a little problem with parasol but regatta was able to rectify this with no issues at all. Would highly recommend this company as their after sales service is excellent - very well done

After visiting multiple garden furniture outlets and showrooms we were just about ready to give up our search, That is until we found Regatta, we went to the show room at Witham and were kindly welcomed as soon as we entered. The staff were so friendly and gave us enough time and space to make a decision on our garden furniture set. When we did need some questions answered they all seemed so happy to help and nothing was too much to ask. Would definitely recommend them ! Highest quality and a great price. Thanks Again !

It’s taken me a couple of days to find the right words but I believe this to be something people should be aware of! We Visited the Enfield showroom Sunday just gone to browse as summer is coming and potentially was looking to buy furniture …. How wrong could I be! As soon as we entered the shop it was apparent we had come on the wrong day, an older blonde lady sitting on the furniture in plain view of customers being very loud and obnoxious towards staff and other customers, I assumed she was maybe a local drunk but no it turned out she was staff! Quite openly telling people her life story along with how hungover she was and had in fact been vomiting in work hours. She smelt so terribly of alcohol it was quite off putting and her leopard print top which matched her skin tone I can only assume wasn’t work uniform . I’m all for a drink but found this so unprofessional and inappropriate as there’s a time and a place to behave in such ways and that isn’t in a work place! There was another lady present she had bright hair and it suited her personality for sure, she was really helpful and answered any questions we had with a smile, very knowledgeable of products and really tried her best to give us the attention we was after managing to have a laugh and also keep her professionalism, but it was made so difficult when she’s being shouted at across the shop from this member of staff. I felt very sorry for the lady with bright hair but unfortunately I just wasn’t prepared to take a sale any further. Our experience probably would have been totally different if drunk lady hadn’t been present but it was really unacceptable for people wandering through and especially potential purchasers and it’s such a disappointment that she brings the company down to that level, i believed this to be a reputable company and expected a completely different level of professionalism from members of staff when it comes to a customer facing job.

Bought our garden furniture from the Wickford branch mark served us and was very helpful had delivered 3 days later by Shawn who again was very helpful and brought straight through to to garden would definitely recommend

We had a great experience in the shop itself and were well looked after but really let down on the delivery. Apparently they only deliver garden and conservatory furniture to the front of the house??? so our new conservatory furniture was delivered and the big box dumped on our driveway. I then had to unpack it all in the pouring rain and carry everything through to the back. The delivery guy, who was on his own btw, said he was not allowed to help me because of Covid !!! unreal still using this, come on!. This is a joke and really let down the company. I was never offered an unpack / assemble option and would have taken this.

Bought a lovely garden furniture set from Regatta in Crews Hill November 2021. Didn't start using furniture until Apr 22 when weather was better. We only have a small family, and don't have use for all the seats all of the time, and in August, didn't realise one the chairs the recliner was faulty. We made contact with Regatta head office through the store we bought item through, and in just 3 days from notifying the error, the issue was solved. I was happy to be advised how to rectify he chair myself, but Regatta immediately replaced and delivered with no issue, both the matching chairs in my garden set. Excellent service, a rarity these days !

Superb customer service at Head Office and Enfield branch. We had purchased a set of garden furniture and it was the display model so there were a couple of bits missing. The Enfield staff worked to get all of the bits together and what they couldn’t supply they passed to Head Office who worked until they had supplied us with everything we needed. I can not fault this company.

This firm know what customer service is all about. Andrew at the Witham store is absolutely fantastic. Ordered 2 sets of garden furniture, arrived exactly on time and very quickly. There was one slight issue but the entire team did everything they possibly could to resolve it with a minimum of fuss. If you want garden furniture don't waste your time going elsewhere, this firm are the absolute top-notch professionals

Once again we have had absolutely brilliant service from Regatta Wickford. We changed our minds about something we purchased and Darren sorted everything for us, not at anytime were we made to feel a nuisance. Everything was sorted out to our satisfaction and I can only praise this company highly. All the staff at Wickford are great but I must say Darren is an absolute star. Don’t ever hesitate about doing business with this company, they are great.

I rang Regatta as my furniture I had had for 5 years developed a fault. I emailed them with pictures and within a few minutes a very helpful lady emailed back to say they had received the query and she would pass it to the relevant department. She gave me a timescale when I would get telephoned back. I was contacted by the manager within the timescale and he confirmed that there was a problem and he would cover it under the warranty. He apologised that as we were hundreds of miles away it may be a few weeks to get the replacement to me. I was happy with that and the replacement was delivered within 2 weeks. I was amazed at all levels of their customer care and could not be more pleased with the service I received.

REGATTA WITHAM. We recently had the pleasure of buying some Garden Furniture for our Holiday Lodge from here and dealt with Liz & Connor. They could not have been more helpful and have a great customer service ethic including after sales service too. We had to move our delivery a couple of times and nothing was too much trouble. We bought a Kensington Patio Set, SunLoungers and a 2.5m Umbrella and they are just perfect for our lodge. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience and have recommended them to all our friends. Regatta Ipswich- very helpful while not pushy in store. When revisiting to order the staff were efficient and professional. Delivery was two days later. Slight problem with a faulty molding which was exchanged immediately with no issues and apologies. Would and have recommend to friends.

As I am writing the box that arrived is outside, been there for the day now, I live alone and have no one to help me lift the items into the garden. when I bought the furniture it was never communicated that delivery is at the door. my garden is like 50m or less from where they left the furniture. I begged the guys to just move it into the garden and they flat out refused and said we are a delivery only. I cant comment on the product yet as I have no idea how it will get in. after paying £2k the least you expect is for them to just assist with bringing items into the garden. UPDATE Regatta manager called and apologised. Looks like it was the driver who let them down. I love the furniture. It is def worth the money. I am pleased by the effort they made to follow up on the issue. For that reason i have now increased to 4 star because i love the product and the fact that they tried to resolve the issue is commendable. Although it was late.

After 10 months of to and fro with an order made with John Lewis - we gave up. Within minutes of locating Rattan Garden Furniture's web site, we had ordered a garden set that was delivered 1 month early! Great service and reasonable prices. Nice!

After shopping everywhere, and being let down by the white stores company Me and my husband just went to the regatta branch in wickford, and we finally brought our garden furniture. Everything was at ease and smooth. All the staff are so helpful and welcoming. BUT a huge thank you for Connor, he was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He couldn’t do enough for us and helped us with our choice and he even threw in some scatter cushions with my purchase. You didn’t pressured to buy anything and was just was there for any questions we had. Thank you so much Connor 👍

I ordered Kensington Cast Aluminium table & chairs plus a parasol and a Cantilever with protective covers. I ordered over the phone and was very impressed with the knowledge of the product by the adviser (Richard Swift). I placed the order on 2 April and paid a 25% deposit by bank transfer. I was not expecting delivery until early July but the items arrived much earlier than expected on 19 May and the day before delivery I paid the balance again by bank transfer. The delivery team were very helpful and professional. Not too difficult to assemble. So far, we are very pleased with the items. They appear to be high quality and look very nice. A very satisfied customer.

We have just been to Regatta in Witham (just off the A12) and met with Connor and Liz. 5 star service from start to finish. Extremely professional and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I will update my review when the furniture has arrived but so far I'd give them 10/10.
