A large selection of cane furniture with a great choice of fabrics to choose from, helpful friendly staff with good product knowledge. Delivery within the advised time, phoned me to arrange a convenient day and phoned on the morning of delivery to say they would be with me within the hour. Couldn't ask for better customer service.
We visited the Regatta showroom on the A127 and found the staff helpful and knowledgeable. The goods were delivered when arranged and, apart from a slightly poorly fitted drawer unit to the coffee table, the new items were as expected.

Sales team good delivered on time seats good but had to re drill the table legs as holes would not line up.
The staff at Wickford were very helpful the prices good. The delivery was on the arranged day. The chairs come fully assembled so we only had to fit the legs on the table which is a bit fiddley and requires two people to hold the parts in position while you bolt it together. Two of the threads were dodgy best to run the bolts in and out with a little grease or vasaline prior to assembly to avoid crossing the threads. We are very pleased with the Kensington suite.
