We bought £4,500 worth of their garden furniture at the Ideal Home Exhibition in March. It is now the 4th September and we still have not received all of our order, the main table and two chairs are missing. The whole thing is too long winded to go into, but put simply they continually lie about what is coming and when. They make excuses all the time, even on the day of delivery they say somebody has loaded the wrong table on to the lorry and it will come the next day. So 6 months after the delivery date we wait and wonder.

Delivery was on stated day although came at 6.45pm. Roy and partner came 2 days later to fix it all up and I am thrilled. It looks amazing especially with my new round rattan table and chair set underneath. Worth paying to have this professionally put up as can take a long time and he definitely knew how to fix it up which isn't easy. Would have not hesitation in recommending this product and service.

You have been warned, first my delivery for fire pit table was late, then the wrong one was delivered. After many phone calls (customer service is terrible) they agreed to deliver correct table three times, but on each occasion the morning of the delivery they made excuses and never turned up. Eventually I did get my money back and incorrect goods collected, but I wish I had read this site first as would never of made the purchase

We have been trying since 7th June to resolve an issue with a 'Kensington Club 5 piece sofa' as 3 items have had the thread come unbound from around the frame and large holes have appeared. None of our emails have been replied to (despite them confirming receipt) and numerous calls were made to customer services who repeatedly made promises to resolve but consistently failed to return any of our calls. They failed to stand by their commitment to replace the faulty products by not delivering the replacement items when they said they would. Today I have had to escalate this to one of their directors who has completely contradicted what has been agreed and is now accusing us of damaging the items. This continues to be an ongoing saga with this company and they seem unable to provide any level of customer service or live up to their previous commitments. I am now left with a product I have no faith in and customer service which can only be described as shocking.

Bought a swing set from Ideal Home Show in MARCH and will not received the order. I continously have to contact them for an update. Given wrong delivery dates when I can expect the order from May to now July! Asked for some form or compensation or reduction in cost but fall on deaf ears. Still waiting for my delivery. You would expect a company exhibiting at the show would be reputable but AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I ordered furniture on the 10 April, there was a considerable delay on delivery, June, when it arrived it was the wrong furniture set. It was returned and I was promised a refund as soon as it had been picked up. I am still waiting to be my money back . I'm £1299 out of pocket . The whole issue has been a debacle and regatta have not honored any of their promises to resolve this throughout. Angry and now having to take legal advice to make sure I get my money back

Ordered at the start of April and was given a delivery estimate of four weeks. No correspondence received. Chased multiple times, finally managing to secure delivery at the end of June. Item is not as we ordered and the company are apparently unable to fix it. Worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

So after waiting weeks for our order which was placed back in March it finally came but not what we had originally ordered they had sent us a different table and umbrella due to there still being a delay on what we ordered without even informing us that is what they were doing. So accept the replacement and it breaks second time of using it. Parasol is very poorly made with just plastic joints clearly not strong enough for the job. Not impressed with first impressions of company. Not for the amount they charge for goods

Roy in customer service has been brilliant. Bought a daybed, Regatta held onto it for us until we needed it, delivered it promptly. However, we just couldn't put it together, husband nearly threw it in pool. Promptly got onto Customer Service with an irate email and Roy came back to us within 20 mins and over a couple of days tracked down a guy to put it together for us. Thank you!

Spent a lot of time shopping around for the right furniture and found the perfect set on the regatta website. I bought the Kensington Club 10 Seater for my garden, the whole experience was brilliant and quick. The set looks amazing in the garden and i can not recommend them enough.

I am delighted with the Kensington Deluxe furniture I bought from Regatta and can't fault the sales and delivery service I received. I wish my garden was big enough to consider some of the other wonderful furniture Regatta stocks. I am seriously considering a gazebo to put the finish to my furniture. Thank you Regatta.

I've purchase the Kensington 3x3 easy clip gazebo £199.00 from regatta. when told it was this easy to erect, i was a little sceptical to say the least. But the item arrived and I followed the simple instructions and I must say i'm impressed with that. Recommend this product for value and simplicity.

I purchased the kensington club coffe set and only paid £499.00 including delivery. It was delivered up four flights of stairs to my flat. Love the furniture, would definately recommend :)

Bought several pieces of furniture at the same time, as I thought this would put in a good position for bargaining but I'm afraid this was my mistake....Regatta were in no interested in any haggling. Received a call regards delivery basically stating 'your furniture was all ready and we are coming Thursday'. I tried to explain that even though I was due in hospital at 09.30 I would try to get there to accept delivery by 10.00. Unfortunately on the Thursday I arrived at 10.05 to find the delivery men in van about to drive away and the furniture stacked up on grass on front lawn. Fortunately I was able to stop their escape and on inspection of the delivery, I found 1 furniture table missing...despite clearly stating the table on receipt. The delivery person inspected the packages for several trying to convince me that I was mistaken, but however he tried to magical produce the item out of thin air...it's wasn't happening. And inevitably he had no option but to call headquarters stating that a piece was missing. And I have no idea if or when this item will materialise....and after all the assurance I got from the call claiming all my purchased items were ready for delivery.....Come on Regatta there's still time to make am mens.

I have just purchased a 6 seater dining set from Regatta Garden Furniture. I have to say from start to finish the customer service was excellent. I am not one for posting reviews but I feel the service was so good I have to commend them!

Yes the Kensington Patio Gazebo looks fantastic over our hot tub. Took 2 people 4 hours to erect and I an delighted.
