Very Good service, great price. We ordered really early and they held everything until our garden was ready, which was over 3 months. Delivery guys were excellent and we had one faulty item which was replaced immediately (subject to delivery) once I called through.

We found the service on buying was very good also delivery on time very helpful drivers and would shop there again and also recommend to family and friends

We were very happy with sales service, advice given and not pushy. Delivery was on time and the driver called 30mins before arrival. They moved the furniture to the back garden without hesitation and took away the packaging. We are also satisfied with purchase. Happy to recommend Regatta to friends and family,

We bought our garden furniture from the Wickford branch. we found the staff very helpful and very knowledgeable we were surprised buy how you could mix some of the sets around, ie different tables. the sales person "Mark" helped us. we were able to delay delivery due to works opposite our house. When we were ready for delivery we phoned the head office and the sales team were once very helpful. the delivery persons were also very helpful. when we unpacked the furniture it was found that we were four bolts short for the table, I phoned head office and they were very sorry and promised to send then to me in the post, which a few days later I received, all in all my experience with regatta furniture was very positive

Hi Today I contacted you about my table and you were trying to suggest that it is my fault a table that I bought for £1400 has broken before I have used it for Xmas. I was told that I dragged the table and it broke. I explained that I did not. However, This table is meant to be metal and durable. I honestly don’t think it is worth the amount you are charging customers. If you are aware that these tables are so fragile then it’s a manufacturing fault. Yesterday I went to return a chair that was faulty. They tried to give me another chair that was also broken. I am not satisfied that this table and chairs is worth the price I purchased it for. Good prices for quality furniture and quick delivery

Stopped off at Regatta showroom on way to Southend & bought a display set of furniture. It was delivered free of charge & on time & we are completely happy with it.
