Despite photos showing a silver ice bowl, I've been ignored, fobbed off and given differing responses to the reason behind receiving 2 black bowls. Suspect, I'm being lied to. Also, when I initially received the set, the cushions were packed directly under the tape with no protective packing. So, as you might imagine, I sliced into the first cushion. Requested a replacement cover on the grounds of dodgy packing and was forced to pay the £14.95 postage. Otherwise, a good set and happy with it. The company is a different matter. Would expect better for the prices being paid, especially.

furniture was inadequately wrapped and protected for transport. 6 chairs not even strapped within the lorry, therefore scuff marks evident on chairs. one chair damaged and table top damaged. wasted my own time having to prove the damage with photo evidence and a number of calls to after sales. one chair will be replaced but no date given. delivery will be at Regatta's discretion

After just 3 weeks use of a cantilever sunshade it collapsed, the cord disappeared. I dialled the phone number of my local Regatta where I purchased it at least 20 times, each time the phone cut off. Feeling extremely frustrated I phone the Chelmsford store. The lady I spoke to told me I was speaking to the relavant department and she would call me back later in the day. No call that day or the next so I again phoned them. This time I was told to phone the local store. I said I shouldn’t have to do this, I was after all speaking to customer services. She then put me on hold and when she came back to me told me they would deliver a replacement later in the day. I explained this was inconvenient as I had tickets for a show that day. She then said I would have to wait another week before the delivery van was in the area. I said this was also unacceptable as the sunshade was urgently needed with the full sun on my garden all day. I was then told to take the broken one back to where I bought is and collect a replacement. I made it clear I was unhappy with the after sales service, I shouldn’t have to do this as the original one was delivered with a substantial amount of garden furniture. Finally after repeated requests by me to sort something out a new one was delivered and left inside my garden gate. I did ask that it was pushed away from the gate so it couldn’t be seen but that request was ignored. What a struggle to get something that was defective replaced. I was going to buy garden furniture from Dunelm and the service there was excellent with a couple of Dunelm guys trying to fit it in my car for me. Regatta take a leaf out or the book of Dunelm when it comes to customer service. I would think again before buying anything from Regatta and certainly would not recommend them. After sales service is so important.

I bought a cast aluminium Brompton 135cm round Table with 6 chairs recently. I have only had them for 2 weeks so can't comment on durability. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful, the table was easy to assemble and both table and chairs are very solidly made. As a result of the adjustable feet, the table sits perfectly on my patio. I am really happy with the quality and the chairs (with supplied cushions) are very comfortable.

Delivery was when said and the drivers were lovely and helpful . The item delivered was as advertised . It’s a lovely addition to our other garden furniture ... very comfortable and well made .

Purchased a gazebo from company.Delivery was prompt and the delivery guys were really nice.The gazebo itself was excellent ,really well made and looks very stylish in dark gun metal grey.The instructions suggest it will take 5 hours to erect and will need 3 people at times.It took me about 8 hours on my own you just need to be a bit inventive and be careful at each step exactly in which order you do things.Instructions are pictorial and easy to follow just pay careful attention to which screws to use. L

The only issue I had was I was told I would receive a call an hour before delivery so I could get home to receive. The driver called when he was outside my house but thankfully made another delivery and came back to me. I am extremely happy with the quality of the furniture and the service I have received from Regatta. Very good value for money quality product.

I ordered a sun lounger set from this company always worrying when you order these types of items online. Yesterday I received a call 1/2 hour prior to delivery. The items arrived fully assembled as described. I was very impressed with the packaging all very well secured and on unwrapping was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The photo's did not do the items justice. Would highly recommend using this company. Will definitely look to them again for any additional furniture requirements.

Very helpful staff and a quick delivery

Very good quality and been using daily till the rain. Onlly one complaint the driver was meant to ring an hour before delivery which didn't happen but luckily our neighbours were home and took in for us.

The quality of the furniture is good once it has been assembled. However, we were unable to assemble because of lack of screws & washers in all 4 loungers supplied. Despite phone calls & emails to the head office & local outlet we have received no reply's weeks later. Poor Customer Service!!i
