Please do not waste your money! I genuinely thought I was buying a superior quality item from a highly regarded company. I have found to my cost that I did not. My Kensington Loveseat costing £450.00 didn't even last 3 summers! The back of one of the chairs has snapped off and you can clearly see that this is a structural fault and not due to wear and tear. The company have totally dismissed me, offering a goodwill gesture of me spending another £200 on another one of their items for half their normal price. I have now contacted Trading Standards who feel I have a case to take this further. Also on purchase I was told the item came with a 5 year guarantee but now when there is a fault it apparently only came with a year's structural guarantee. I now have to arrange for someone to pick it up and dump it and yet my trusty lounger from Argos costing £25.00 comes out in the garden every summer, the same as it has done for the last 20 years.

We are delighted with our new garden furniture from Regatta Garden Furniture based in Swanley. Corner sofa set with table looks fantastic on our terrace and is very comfortable. I was very pleased with my Kensington deluxe table and chairs and my sun lounger the Driver who delivered it he was very nice and kind I was so pleased , How I am working on my husband to buy me Havana 4 piece sofa set , I did buy my Conservatory furniture from you years ago and it is still good but I would like a new one to match my table and chairs ,
Excellent service. All the staff at the shop were very helpful and knowledge about stock and availability times. Delivery service was also excellent, phoned before they arrived and very promptly unloaded goods.

my garden furniture was delivered by courier company on a pallet drop as Swanley Cane Furniture did not deliver to Bristol where I live, but it was very well packed but I have not yet unpacked it or put it up, but delivery was fine on the date stated and the driver rang before delivery. The down side of it is I now have 2 pallets to get rid of or recycle and have to put it together myself..

A bit fiddly putting the table together, as chairs come complete, but delighted with the quality and very comfortable - all visitors have been very impressed with the garden set - great value for money
We were looking for a garden table to match some existing cast aluminium benches. Their website showed just what we needed, but as part of a set. A phone call established that they would happily supply the table on its own and a price was quoted. A lead time was estimated and proved to be accurate. We were called to check that the proposed delivery date was suitable and the table duly arrived as specified. Quality is excellent and we are entirely happy with both the product and the service we received - a very professional business.
