Great furniture but delivery experience was not good. It came in one huge box, that that was too big to get into garden or into house and had to be left on the drive. Had to summon help to unpack it before it rained and to keep it safe.
Presale service very good and friendly, after sale customer service not so good. All items bought not delivered as some parts not loaded on van. Offered swing protection cover free for the inconvenience, a lovely goodwill gesture I thought but cover did not fit, when I asked for the manufactures cover instead was told it was only offered because they had a spare one in stock. No goodwill there then. Also a screw cap was missing, which I asked for but was told it was a display model bought as seen, glad one of the legs was not missing. Phoned swing manufacturer who gladly supplied missing item and some spares at no cost to me. That is great customer service. Take note Regatta. Nice product though but would have think twice about buying from them again.
