For years I jealously had looked at the rain harvesting products that were available in Australia but not here in the US. Now RainHarvest Systems sells exactly these items here in the states. That is great! This is a first step for rain water harvesting to become main stream in this country.

You get what you pay for. They gave me a good price on my 1550 gallon water tank, but it took nearly 3 weeks for delivery. The logistics company they used to deliver the tank is why I only gave 2 stars. I will not use their services again.

product works exactly as shown.Because of leafbeater I was able to remove the downspout screens and let the water flow freely without clogging thus preventing overflows that caused a wet basement.Furthermore the water now going into my sistern is cleaner than ever because of Leafbeater's fine screens.THANK YOU

This system allows us to monitor the water level in our cistern as we manage irrigation during the dry months. A good buy!

will take your money for items they have ...on back order . they say nothing about the back order until the product is to ship then you get a email saying your item is on back order for over a month. then after the month you still don't get your item, just to be told item is on future back order due to manufacturer . so much for the 3 day shipping and the extra money i spend on this product. i could of had this from another company in 3 days... they will lie in live chats saying product will be in stock in a few days , then customer has to reach out because no product ship again, just a back and forth live chat , just to be told excuses and offered some silly discount on next order, like i would waist my time or money here again... took almost 1 1/2 months to get my full order...

No guard from downspout to rainharvester. Water everywhere when it rains.

Arrived very quickly. The packaging was amazing , very sturdy. Pump hooked right up to the fittings from the old pump I only wish they had made the power cord longer. We had to get a heavy duty extension cord to reach the outlet. Very happy !

I totally loved my rain harvester until it RAINED! once we had a real winter the tanks began to leak. So instead of having rainwater to irrigate with when needed my tanks leak and grow algae on them until I wash them off. I have been unsuccessful in contacting the company to get them repaired or replaced. Every phone call went no where and emails were in answered, it has now been several years - and I have custom gutters that would not function at all with out the harvesters, so I just deal with my leaking rain harvesters and sigh at how cool it could have been

The RainHarvest rain barrel kit was easy to install and use. I made 3 rain barrels for my place. After assembly, the only issue I had was one of the rain spout diverter to barrel hoses popped off the diverter with our first heavy rain. It was an easy fix with a hose clamp to keep the hose in place. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product to friends.

Fast shipping & great customer service. When Kilauea erupted we needed to modify our water catchment system immediately. I had my order in 2 days. They responded with professionalism and empathy. This is more than a plumbing supply place. The folks here are real people who care. They answer the phone, know their products and offer information on how to install. Items arrived well packed, complete & nothing broken. (Uncommon here in Hawaii.) If we need this stuff again, we will definitely order directly from them.

RainHarvest is very reliable and has excellent customer service. I've ordered seven Polymart rain barrels (from 100 gallon to 250 gallon) for residential use over the past two years. I'm pleased with RainHarvest Systems and highly recommend them. As far as I can tell, they have the best online price and the lowest shipping cost for quality rain barrels and related accessories. For the best price/lowest shipping, I recommend contacting RainHarvest directly - as opposed ordering one of their items through a large online retailer.

I like rainharvest. They are a great one stop shop for all things rain collection. I have bought some things from them in the past and all was good. This last purchase I received a pump controller that had a cracked pressure gauge (could have been from shipping). Then discovered it didn't have the water tight sealing grommets or caps for the electrical wires. They promptly fixed the issues. They are also pretty good with customer service. I would definitely buy from them again.

I bought the rain harvest rain barrel collection that connects to your rain gutter downspouts. It works so good that I bought a second barrel for the other side of my house. Connect a hose to the spout at the bottom and you have free water. Great for drought areas like Southern California. I would recommend this company and specific product to anyone.
