We have used Rain Harvest for 8 years now for our cistern. The only thing we have had problems with is the cistern pump motor and Rain Harvest has got us a new pump immediately. Very nice to deal with and very knowledgeable.

I ordered a plastic welding kit from RainHarvest Systems through Amazon. The shipment got lost so I decided to call this company and explained to them what happened and that I was under a time constraint. They were very nice and helpful. They sent a new kit to me directly at a discount. I was really happy to get the kit in a very timely manner! I did finally receive the original order from Amazon and returned it for a refund.

I ordered my first ever rain collection to make the barrels I had collected able to save rain water. I found the adaptors, the hose piping and the hose spigots very able to with stand the water pressure and not leak. I wish that there had been more emphasis on the importance of an exact perfect cut for the hose spigot or the adaptor will leak or pull thru. Written directions with pictures would have been nice. I plugged my sloppy cut hole and carefully cut another hole, inserted the universal adaptor and plastic spigot, and no worries!! Tons of water for my flowers. Great inexpensive product line.

I recieved my Grundfos pump in very timely manner. Unfortunately when I opened the box which appeared perfectly fine the pump inlet connection threads were slightly crushed. I did manage to re-thread the connector and attached the pump in the system. However when filled with water there was a crack that leaked water. I called rain harvest and the person I spoke with knew immediately what I was talking about and was able to pull up my order and order a replacement part. I was on the phone for maybe 5-10 minutes and the new part showed up 3 days later. Pump now works great. Best customer service experience I've ever had in my 55 years. Absolutely will do business with them again!

While there were some issues regarding expectations in the shipping and delivery of the 500 gallon tank I ordered, this issue was resolved to my satisfaction after a few phone calls. RainHarvest Systems did indeed follow through with their efforts to provide satisfactory service of a third party responsible for the shipping. Thank you!

easy company to buy fron great product

Generally like the leaf guides. I have now purchased 7 units and about half have the screens pushed out when I unpack them. I think this is occurring in shipping compounded by the fact the screen is only held with a press fit - no glue. The coupling is packed on top of the screen and it appears to be pushing the screen out. So far I have been able to work it back in and glue it down. FYI - the screw that holds the cover - which is very easy to drop during the final stages of installation...never to be seen again...is a metric M4 x.7 12mm stainless if you have to replace it.

Tank that delivered had a hole in it I had to pick it up then it had a hole in it then had to travel to New York to get s new one the directions that were sent were wrong it over all was a cluster f

They were great. Noticed my setup was going to require a different pump and called me to discuss before shipment.

Sean delivered two 5000 gallon tanks to me by himself. He not only unloaded the tanks but also helped us roll and position them into their positions. It was a daunting task considering the temperature over 100 degrees. We are very happy with the service. Sean was also very helpful on the phone while deciding what tanks to buy.

I needed to install a usage meter in my rainwater household system. They have an excellent selection of products, and excellent customer service and response. I definitely check their website whenever I need something.

They took some of my money even though I paid the return postage which was a lot. I returned all as sent and expected to be reimbursed.
