Rodney was great throughout the entire process of purchasing and delivering our 2500 gallon rainwater tank. He was courteous and prompt in communicating during the entire process. I highly recommend RainHarvest Systems to anyone interested in purchasing a rainwater collection system.

Was easy to install. I got the 3" to fit my existing plumbing does not hold as much water as I would like but is much better than not doing any pre-wash.

I experienced backorder problems and had to install some parts after the job was done. My back order was mixed up with someone else which was nearly identical except for one part which was not worth the effort to return. I was able to find what I needed locally. Was good to know because I like to trade local.

Easy to order from, help when you need it, and returns are easy when you make an ordering mistake. What else could you ask for?

Mark sold me the whole set up to collect 1000 gallons of rainwater for our garden. It works perfectly. Had some installation questions as a first timer, but Curtis was always helpful and patient. A fun project!

bought some 5 micron filtration sock s at a very nice price. while i lack the resources to confirm they were truly 5 microns, i can say it was a very fine weave and performed well, and did i mention it was a very attractive price for a seemingly well made product. i am not a bot, i have a name -Arvo- i have a website solarark.org, and i have a phone number if you wish to ascertain that i am no shill. 575-5887023. if you call me i will confirm that this is a good company to do business with. plus, i live with a raven as a room mate - go to my website. so there.

I am very glad to have discovered the two products I purchased. I was having problems with water purity in my cistern. The leaf catcher and the dirt and debris diverter in the pvc t-shaped pipe with the ball inside is brilliant. I also installed two water filters. My problem should be solved.

Your third and sometime fourth party shipping protocol left me concerned and overly defensive about the protection of my product. The rain barrel is amazing, great product, don't get me wrong. Your companies release of all responsibility to damage during shipping gave me and I'm sure other customers anxiety. The barrel arrived just fine but I had to make extra notes on the driver's delivery slit to protect me as a customer because he requested I stop opening/removing the packaging to inspect for damage since he still legally owned the product till I signed off. I didn't want to sign off till I saw the product. Everything worked out in the end but had it not I wouldn't be giving my 4 star review.

Well, thanks to RWH, and the plumbers who helped build my house, and a great deal of blood, sweat and tears on my part--I have what I have always wanted: a rainwater harvesting system. However, I should have bought a much larger tank, and one with a manhole into which an actual human could fit for the purposes of clean out. Eventually, the tank will have to be drained and the inevitable sediment cleaned out. 95 percent of the tanks sold by RWH, so far as I can tell, do not have a decent sized manhole. The ones that do, are in-ground and many times more expensive. I have to wonder how those are cleaned--especially if one' site does not admit for a pump truck to clean it. Further, pump trucks are designed for pumping sewage--not water. So! How do you clean them? Next, the water filter (UV) NEVER worked! It was defective from the outset. By the time I wasted time trying to make it work by changing the bulb, my warranty had lapsed, and RWH would not make good on it. But, that may have been just as well, as it would have cost me the price of the UV mechanism--to have it removed and re-installed. So, it hangs on the wall of the basement unplugged and unused. A piece of $500+ wall art. So, I use my system for everything but cooking/drinking water. To compensate, I run drinking water from the tap through a ceramic system and boil it. Highly advise anyone determined to harvest rain for whole-house applications to consider buying the top of the line in-ground tank with at least 1250 gal capacity and then buy a pump that can pump out sludge every year or two. Have the whole thing installed by someone who knows what they are doing. Skip the UV light treatment and treat your own water with a countertop ceramic filter and boiling. The UV light bulb is very expensive and must be replaced yearly. Oh! and the first flush diverter is virtually useless as well. Instead, get a 30 gallon pre-tank and replace it, or remove and clean it out as needed. Another thing: Get a Leaf-Eater gutter system installed. It will eliminate a great deal of gunk from getting in your tank in the first place. Pricey, but totally worth it!

Staff very knowlegable. Products live up to expectations. Had an issue with cistern pump 1 week before warranty ended. They handled it and in 1 week back up and working.

I have two Rain Harvast systems on my ranch, one to provide water to my garden and both catching water for emergency use. Our well water is a bit salty and we do not drink it. When I need fresh water, I have two 1100 gallon tanks of rain water as a resource.

There was an issue with my order and customer service was great. They sent the missing part and then accepted the whole item back for a refund when I changed my mind.
