Excellent products. I have the Leafeater and also the First Flush chambers on my downspouts. One part was missing from an ordered kit, and I am still waiting on getting that delivered so I can complete the installation. But for that delay, I would have given 5 star review.

We ordered a system to collect rain water for our offgrid guest house and had excellent help from rain harvest support. We had an opportunity to exercise customer support when the first tank finally showed damaged by the shipper. Got a second one delivered and first one was held by last mile shipper no hassle other than the unavoidable wait. System works great. Love rain water rather than well water. Using three stage filtration and uv light. Love it.

Ordering experience with rain harvest was excellent. I believe the installlation instructions with the 3 to 12 inch first flush leave a lot to be desired but when I called them I was given the name of a surpport technician. His support was excellent. Thank you Curtis.

Great system. I like knowing that we can have continued benefits from each rain we get. The “first flush” system works great. Helps give you peace of mind that you are keeping most of the contaminants out of your water. We used bushings in our kits and used schedule 30 pvc. It was about half the price of schedule 40. We ran our lines into a 55 gallon plastic barrrle which is buried beside our well. This acts as another settlement trap. Very happy with product

Very simple to install and pleasing to know your water has been scrubbed for use.

Not very responsive, sold me a wrong part, came back to purchase correct down spout. Said home office would have to send my refund for wrong part and several years later I'm still waiting Systems work well but short on customer service

Found just the Norwesco tank I was looking for. For a lower price than I could have purchased from a vendor 20 miles away who did not deliver, I got my tank from RainHarvest delivered to my site. Very helpful to talk by phone and exchange emails about tank connection options. I will buy at least one more tank from RainHarvest Systems as soon as we are ready. Great service!

Although I did not speak to anyone during this whole process, all went smoothly. The first shipment arrived broken, so I refused it with UPS. Then we discovered our system was defective and had to be totally replaced. At that point I emailed a request to cancel the order. And though I did not get a response to that request, I did get a refund minus a restocking fee, which was expected, in a timely fashion. I am a satisfied customer, thank you.

I did not receive the part that connects the diverter to the barrel. I will have to modify the former piece so it fits. I thought there would be many more pieces. We didn't put it out yet, because we are decorating it. I did install the diverter with no problems, but realized the piece that goes into the barrel was missing until recently. Would like to get ti.
