This a great company and I have many good experiences with them over the years. I was a little disappointed that an order was expedited this past summer that I had not requested shipped that way. I paid for it but the company really should have offered to pick up that cost.

We have worked with rainharvest systems to supply us with tanks and accessories for several home rain water harvesting installations. Each time they have been very helpful answering all my questions and making sure I get exactly what I need.

Really bad expereiuncee from RAINHARVEST. Its been more than 2 months we have ordered one item, we havent recieved the material. On top of that, they are not communicating properly. not done any customer support . Really worse...........

The product came in promptly and was as advertised

I think the level of service and communication is excellent. That said I find the equipment to be lacking. It's value for the price is very low. In fairness to Rainharvest, I suspected the equipment was substandard to our usual. It was a fraction of the price of making our current industrial grade equipment wireless. For the $2000+ we paid for this equipment though, I would expect a higher grade product for our high-water alarm system.

Delivery very poorly planned. Also, there is no reason why a huge, empty tractor trailer should be used to deliver a tank that filled only 10% of the truck's cargo area. Beyond the unpleasant experience with the delivery and the many difficulties unloading the tank from the truck, RainHarvest Systems had said the tank would come with a free downspout filter and a tank gauge. Neither was ever delivered.

Dan was a GREAT HELP as well as VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! Other than an initial 'hiccup' on the tank delivery (which was resolved quickly), everything else went smooth. Products installed and work exactly as described and I'm very happy with this purchase. I would highly recommend this company to others!

I got exactly what I wanted in a very short time. The filter basket was easy to install and far better than the one we had initially purchased elsewhere.

I have been purchasing Rainharvest stuff for years. Ever since I got turned on to rain harvesting. Their equipment is the best quality and always in stock. I have tried other distributors with disappointment. Rainharvest Systems is the best for your harvest needs.

I purchased the tank gauge using the online check out. The whole process was easy. Gauge arrived when they said it would. Easy install and works as advertised. I am really happy with it. No more tapping on the side of the tank and guessing at water level or climbing the ladder to look inside. I set my "empty" indicator at 100 gallons to let me know I need to get water now and my "full" indicator when the tank is 250 gallons below full to let me know that there is room for a full load of water without worry of overflow.

Other than not being able to track the product in transit the experience was good.
