I ordered their float switch which I thought was a pump controller. When it came with nothing but a two-wire cord connected to the floatation device I immediately sent an email asking for a wiring diagram and instructions on how it's supposed to work... Crickets... Oh, and 20% restocking fee, no exceptions!

I called them to order some filters and a o ring, they gave me the o ring for free. I just mention that the on line has free shipping for over $150 and did that to, most companies don't honor on line orders over the phone discounts.
