I'm using their Advanced Downspout Filters to catch water from the gutter and funnel it into a pipe for collection. They arrived quickly and seem to be really well built. It was no problem installing them. They fit my collection pipe with no problem and work great. I expect they'll last many years. No problems.

Leaf Eater Advance is certainly not maintainance free as it is claimed to be. Leaves and other debris get stuck to the screen and are not really washed off by the water flow or get blown off by the wind. In my installation, I have to clean the screens practically after every rain. Otherwise, the flow from the gutter gets partially blocked and diverted by the matter stuck on the screen. So, "Leaf Eater" it is not.... I was advised to try Leaf Eater Ultra, which I plan to do. Hope it lives up to the claims...

Excellent customer service. When my RainFlo pump broke, I sent it back and they shipped me a brand new one! The very friendly employee told me it was covered under warranty. Highly recommend!

Installed water pump in new cistern and had issue with it; but they refunded the money for the pump.
Easy to do business with
Our water catchment system is exactly what we ordered. If I recall correctly, it took a bit of time to get here, but it wasn't there fault. But it was in great shape and they were very helpful. I will say, even though our tank is huge (1500 gallons) it only holds enough to water everything about two times. So, this isn't a criticism of rainHarvest, but just know that you probably need more capacity that you think.
