Curtis helped me work through some technical difficulties with our rainwater catchment system to identify a problem and assess a resolution. Ozone generator works great. The tubing that is included with the unit is a little short. 10' longer would be nice.

Looks like a well designed, well thought out system. I bought 8 of the Leaf Eater 4" outlet systems, 5 for my farm's Morton Building gutters and downspouts which are in service, and 3 for my home, which I have yet to install. These look like they are going to do just the job I needed and handle many, MANY gallons of rain water over the years!

325 gallon cistern ordered, with riser. The price was very competitive. They also found a very economical way to ship to my place of work (as we have a loading dock for 18-wheelers) and said it would arrive in 1 to 3 weeks. It took about 3 weeks, and they were very responsive to my e-mail requests for updates in the days prior to shipment. It arrived on time and in good condition, and I just slid it onto the back of my pickup truck and took it home.

Risers were a great price, customer service great, and shipped fast. However, the screws sent worked great putting plastic pieces together but are not meant to attach ring to concrete (no directions either)! Also they do not sell the buytl tape needed to finish the job.

The strainer works great. During heavy rains I check them, only to see leaves and debris getting pushed out. I can remove the strainer without having to disassemble for fine cleaning -- a very nice feature since my asphalt roof generates a lot of tine particulates. My customers are very satisfied with this upgrade.
